I recently visited Burgerville for dinner and unfortunately, it was a letdown. Despite my hopes for a satisfying meal, the reality fell short. I ordered a turkey burger, a bacon burger, and two small fries, but was dismayed to find that everything was served cold. The turkey burger was especially disappointing as it was incredibly dry. What added insult to injury was the steep price tag of over $25 for such a lackluster meal. Considering the portion size and quality, the cost felt inane and unjustifiable. To make matters worse, the expectation of tipping on top of this only compounded the frustration. This isn't the first time I've given Burgerville a chance, but unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring pattern of disappointment. It's disheartening to see such potential go to waste. While other fast food joints on Main Street thrive with packed crowds, Burgerville seems to lag behind.

I love Burgerville and their "better for you" version of fast food. This Burgerville almost always forgets something in their order. They willingly provide a replacement when informed but make sure you check your bags before leaving.

The Turkey burger was dry. They gave me 3 packets of ketchup for 2 orders of fries. Milk shake was okay but very expensive. For over 34 dollars. Will not be going to burgerville. Your food is bad and way over priced. All fast food sucks.

Burgerville 23 has gone so far downhill it is absolutely horrendous. Casey the GM ought to be ashamed of how his staff runs that store when he isn't around. I'm not normally one to complain but this is getting ridiculous. As a former grill trainer for this location it is extremely disheartening to see the quality of food being served now days. The last probably 5 or 6 times me and my family have eaten here our just regular, classic cheeseburger has been completely DROWNED in spread. Like almost un edible. This evening it took 3 paper towels to wipe off the excess before I could try and stomach a bite. How does a Manger on staff not realize there grill cook is growing food in spread? How does the person expediting the orders not notice? The answer is simple. They just plain do not care. Burgervilles mission statement used to be "serve with love" but it seems that's gone out the window. Do better BV23.

Cashier took my order, seemed very professional, even got me to upgrade to a basket when I just wanted a burger and a shake. But after waiting 20 min after getting the food, they still didn't bring the shake. Found out she didn't put it in, then told me I still needed to pay for it. It was the whole point of upgrading to a basket. Not only that, I got a water and not a soda. I just left. Really disappointed.

It's Burgervile. It's good. Thebweught another drive-through was very long the day that we went. 20 minutes or more. If we had urgent business, we would have been late. But the food was spot on. Service was good.

This is the second time they forgot my chipotle mayo in the drive through. Imagine getting home thinking you have 2 delicious chipotle mayo spreads, and realize you now have to use your imagination because no sauce in the bag smh!
