Went here with family and friends to celebrate my 61st birthday. Several others were apparently celebrating birthdays as well since there were lively birthday songs sing at several tables by the staff. It was very lively and fun. The staff and the service were excellent!! Wish the food followed suit, but it didn't, unfortunately. Had 4 street tacos with rice and beans. I've had better food here before, so was surprised. Lacked flavor, and the prices were pretty steep. It was a fair quantity of food, but again, lacked flavor for both the baha fish and steak tacos. I'll be back, but will make different menu choices next time. Thanks for a fun birthday though.

I visited Margarita Factory Gresham, lately has become quite expensive so I do not go as often as before.

We visited Battle Ground location on the 4th of September 2024 and this was the worst food and service ever. The waitress was kind enough but overall service was horrible ?
I'd been there about 6-8 weeks before and the food was actually not bad.
This time I ordered the cheese enchilada and a chili relleno.
The chili relleno was so spicy hot and basically mushy I wouldn't eat it. The pepper itself appeared to be rotten.
I told the waitress about it and she offered to exchange it for something else. I accepted her offer, so she took my plate and I waited and I waited..then she brings out a tostada that they replaced it with..missing my whole enchilada which I'd taken one bite out of. The cheese enchilada I'd ordered but was chicken instead. What the heck. By this time my companion was already done with their meal. I brought to waitresses attention and she offered to have them make another plate but I couldn't wait any longer..
Needless to say the beef on the tostada was awful. Taco Bell has better tasting meat..their ground beef is like Ground beef with a packet of not good seasoning thrown on top.
I'd like to add, they were not busy either.
My companion wanted to try the fried ice cream as she'd never tried before.
OMG! It was awful!. It's like they had had it stored in the freezer and warmed up. The coating was hard and chewy, not crisp as it should be and tasted stale or freezer burnt or something ?
We gave up and paid and left....for good I'd say. A meal we couldn't eat. The waitress did remove the charge for the enchilada which I never received..
What a fiasco.

Has really gone downhill on quality of food. Everything was dry and lacking sauce. They must pre-make their nachos and keep them under a heat lamp because they were not fresh. We asked for extra enchilada sauce and they forgot it and actually put less sauce on it.
We hadn’t eaten there in awhile because last time was bad too but this time was worse. Not going back, especially for the price.

My wife and I eat here a couple times a month. The service is always great. The food is consistently good. The place is large enough that we don’t worry about getting a table. If your in town stop by you won’t be disappointed.

The food was good. A little more salt than I'm used to. It would be great without the salt.

I got there and was seated right away. I was brought chips and salsa as I was sitting down so that was great. I got two drinks and they were both great. I also ordered the steak fajita and it did not disappoint. I would gladly go here again.

Just tried The Margarita Factory for the first time. I’m not a drinker, so can’t comment on that. The food and service is superb, hands above most other Mexican restaurants in Vancouver.
I had the Chile Colorado, and it was very tasty. They give me 4 flour tortillas with it, and I could only eat enough for 3 tortillas. Their chips and salsa are very good, with just the right amount of onion and cilantro.

We ate at Margarita Factory 7/21/2024. We brought our dog and needed to sit outside. It rained earlier that morning and all outdoor seating was wet. With no further rain insight, I explained we came with our dog and asked if outdoor seating would be available, and they graciously and immediately went out and dried seating for us. My wife and sister in-laws’ food was, although tasty, portions were off. Too much meat and beans in their taco salad and not enough lettuce. My enchilada was very good. Drinks and beer were enjoyed by all. What topped everything off was the customer service. The whole team was fantastic, but we’d like an extra shout out to our server Juan. Thank you so much for a great experience. We’ll be back.
