Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service was good everyone friendly, busy but served quickly and with a good,fun attitude. Got a burrito bowl was good chicken a little dry, but still good.

Been to Chipotle hundreds of times. Battle Ground location seems to always be out of something (rice, chicken, steak etc) and it's never been a concern of the employees. Employees seem annoyed they are working with people in public. Place is regularly dirt. This isn't specific to BG but like the rest of Chipotles they usually have more staff working the online/mobile orders than the customers standing waiting to order food. If Battle Ground is the only Chipotle you can go to, I guess give it a whirl. Pretty sure you will share my experiences....or dive 10mins to one of the other local locations.

The quality of my food sucks for the price I paid. I think it came out to like $15. I picked it up at the time I ordered and when I got it the food looked like it had been sitting for over an hour. Also why am I paying extra for guac and queso? I barely got either of them. I can’t even find the queso on my burrito bowl. The guac is almost brown. This location sucks.

I waited in here for 10 minutes to buy lunch. Not a single person came up to help and I saw 3 employees who just stared at me while I waited. I love this food so much and would single handily keep the doors open but with service like this I wouldn’t eat if it was the only food around.

I normally go to the chipotle on Mill plain in Vancouver. I was in town and so I chose battleground location. The portion sizes were great, but the spice of the chicken was quite intense. I needed to use some lemon juice to tone it down, and my lips still had a little sting to them. The rice is also a little undercooked, almost dry tasting. I did notice there are a lot of younger employees at this location, though they are polite. I think a more experienced chef could help landed these employees a hand.

I ordered at 9:30pm a soft burrito and a steak quesadilla with a side of chips and guac. Mind you they don’t close until 11 pm. I was very disappointed because the chicken was very very hard and the rice was NOT cooked in the burrito and the steak in the quesadilla had a funny taste to it… not enjoyable if you know what I mean. On top of all of this the chips were wayyyyyy too overdone and burnt. So upset and annoyed.

Chipotle always a favorite. The parking is pretty good here and it a super close to the free way. They alway help us out so that our meal is perfect.

The foods great but the corporations as a whole needs to figure out their menu and display. There is an assumption that every customer already knows “their system” and how to order and know their offerings but this isn’t always the case with new items or infrequent customers. It gives it a real Subway feel.

Staff so rude. If you want to stand and watch someone bag chips and the other sweeping. It's your place to go. No thanks.

Forgot the steak in my online order; got a refund through the app, bowl was not filled up very well. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this chipotle. Usually barely give you any food.

No fork,no napkins, Chicken way over seasoned didnt get my app scanned. Seemed really rushed no body in line. Will I be back absoultly not.

I’m really disappointed with this location. After eating here, I ended up throwing up all night and feeling miserable. It’s frustrating because I usually like Chipotle, but this experience completely ruined my trust in this place. Clearly something wasn’t right with the food, and it makes me question how carefully things are being handled here.

Bowl was loaded. Chipotlane ordering is always smooth and always on time…plus the food comes out hot. Staff is super nice and the flavors are delicious. Best experience I’ve had so far at any chipotle hands down.

They didn't put enough sauce in my meal... I went to get some more and got charged $2.99 ...😟
Critically short staffed... no traus..no napkins... dirty tables.... and yea theyvl were busy...food is good
