Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Well this was a first: I received a cheeseburger with no patty on it. They fixed it and made me another burger, but they made the burger with cheese, double pickles and all, no patty (photo attached). It’s coincidentally my birthday, so this was quite the gift! Glad we had chosen dine in so they could fix it.

The restaurant was not too noisy.

I had ordered a triple flamethrower combo in a large the guy that took my order also took 2 other orders that were with me we all specifically said triple burger it comes back and its a double im not one to complain much but the attention to detail here is terrible how does d and t sounds anything close to the same double and triple complete different words so when I took it back to get my triple they wouldn't exchange it and continued to argue with me about it not to mention I should be calling the health department and suing seeing as not one single person with long hair had it tied up or in a hair Net there were flies swarming my food as I ate and the tables were covered in food what kind of establishment is being ran here its a joke im going to get ahold of the better buissness bureau and see about doing something about this im a high contributing citizen of battleground and something will change weather you guys do something about it or not thank you have a nice day

Foods alright. It's mainly the fact yall dont seem to follow the fact youre SUPPOSED to put a lid on a blizzard. Every single time, I have to ask for lids. It should not be a constant slip up every time. Its like handing someone their drink and expecting them not to spill it. Also. It should not take 8-9 minutes to make 3 blizzards. Especially the common quick and easy ones. Just saying

Literally waited 30 min in the drive threw with 4 cars. Food was was just as bed as the wait to get it.

I ordered a cupfection and I never ended up getting it, I even had to remind them to get me a fountain drink cup which should be automatic.

food is really good, but i had to wait like 35 minutes for a cheese burger on my lunch break, and i was about 10 minutes over my lunch and i work across the street. i apreciate the effort from the blonde chick in the glasses having to keep reminding them that i needed my food, and i got a free treat.

I was in the Dairy Queen drive through and a skinny blond girl was rude to me and rushing me on my order and making me feel bad for ordering more and at the end, she didn’t even put ice in my cup. She just gave me a cup of ice and told me to put it in there myself.

Only been to drive thru service. Never had a bad experience. Mostly teenage workers but they do a good job getting you taken care of quickly on a hot day when everyone wants ice cream
