Well I won't say Dairy Queen is healthy, cheap, or amazing to visit. However, it's got very friendly people who will whip you up something custom in a pinch if the menu isn't looking stellar. One lady gave me a marshmallow banana fudge shake and that thing was magical. It's a gross corporation but the people that work here make it worth going every few months. I hope everyone is as nice to them as they were to me. The Dilly bars are amazing.

I don't know about you but these places are way to expensive. Burger fries 2 small ice creams and fried curds 35 dollars. Ridiculous.

I have never been to a fast food restaurant that doesn’t take a damn 100 dollar bill. This is absolutely ridiculous. I literally wait in the drive through for 15min just to pull up to the window and hand them a 100 and then say they can’t take it. Mind you, I would have received like 75 bucks back after paying for my order. It’s like some people don’t keep there money in a bank account and a lot of banks after cashing a check give out 100’s. I’m not going to walk around with 500-20 dollar bills. My 8 year old was hungry because it was lunch time and all they said was “sorry we don’t take 100, I can’t take that, do you have a credit card?” Like no, no I don’t and after all that was said and done I left with NO FOOD. How pathetic. Like, I wouldn’t have cared had it been just me, but I’m trying to feed my CHILD. I have worked in fast food, drop the 100 and get 5 20’s from the safe, it’s that simple.

I went through the Drive Through on 02/11/2025 at 9:00 P.M and their team was on top of it, and very upbeat regardless of the hour. I appreciate that they had everything I asked for. My daughter and I love going here for a sweet treat now and then. Thank you Battleground DQ!

Arrived at the drive-thru at 5 minutes to noon, they asked me to pull around front. 20 minutes later and they serve the vehicle that was behind me. By the way burnt meat doesn't count as a hamburger.

They were really busy when I came in. The gentlemen that brought it out to us was very nice and made sure we had everything we ordered. It was definitely a nice visit.

This review goes out to management as they control how operations are managed.

I am really sick and tired of fast food joints padding their statistics in the drive-thru by having customers pull around front after they pay. And no...I am not talking about a Suburban with 8 people putting in an order for 30 items that will take 20 min to fulfill. This was two cheese burgers and a fries. Nobody behind us in the drive-thru. We were asked to pull around front and wait. This DQ is not the only offender. Carl's Jr in Longview and Orchards (Vancouver) are also recently guilty. I asked once why I was being asked to pull around and I was told they have a clock running and need their numbers to look good.

The owners/managers need to step back and re-evaluate their game because if it continues I will take my business to a restaurant that actually cares more about serving their customers than they do about falsifying their stats.

Went through the drive thru at 6pm on a Sunday evening. Ordered two burgers. Was told to pull around to park. Waited 30 minutes for our food. This is ridiculous.

No matter how many people are in the back (usually several) it always takes a few of them to look at you before you get acknowledged. It's typically younger employees.

Today they were talking about politics (11/6) I heard talk of waiting for Portland riot and other unprofessional conversations.

It's also very hit or miss whether the blizzards are actually blended well and with enough toppings (especially the ones that get added in and paid extra for). Usually an unnecessary way, I've often stood at the counter looking at my blizzards while employees walk by.

Also my last few visits no one has flipped the cup...no lids and I'm inside, no rush...
