We almost didn't experience this place as we were supposed to go to the other Mexican restaurant that closed early. I was glad we came here. Food was awesome!!!!

Not only is their food just the best - but I adore all the people that work there. They are always nice and happy. This is the BEST Mexican food we've found since leaving Texas. And it is fantastic! If you are looking for TexMex - this is the place!!!!! Thank goodness we live in BG!!!

I have NO CLUE how this place has a 9/10. Because I went here for lunch, I ordered nachos. The cheese was burnt & there was literally NO Toppings. I've never had such bad food at a Mexican restaurant!

Great food, they start of with the best salsa I've had at a restaurant. Then the staff is always attentive even when they are full of people. Service is very quick as well and everything tastes so fresh! Great place to be with amazing atmosphere.

What a great place to enjoy some authentic Mexican food. We were immediately served some warm tortilla chips and dips and refreshing iced water. The food was plentiful, and all the dishes were delicious. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff, and Gabriel looked after us really well, nothing was a problem. A great night out was had by all!

The chips and salsa were a standout appetizer, with the homemade salsa offering a delightful blend of spicy and tangy flavors. For my main course, I couldn't resist trying the carne asada tacos. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and the tortillas were fresh and warm. The accompanying toppings, including pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream, added a wonderful array of textures and flavors. The service was attentive and friendly, and the staff was always happy to offer recommendations. Overall, my dining experience at El Rancho Viejo was fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine in a welcoming and enjoyable setting.
