So I ordered a everything bagel.
I ate half of it...burnt...with the small amount of cream cheese they give you.
Coffee is great.
Service is great.
Food however? Not so great.
Burnt bagel with just enough cream cheese to barely cover half? Ya not good

Founders Mercantile and Coffee is a hidden gem in Battle Ground! ✨ Such a cute and quaint spot with plenty of outdoor seating—perfect for these sunny NW summer days. I had the Avocado Toast BLT and an iced green tea—both were spot on. The menu is full of great options, from sweet treats to savory bites. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Super friendly staff with a welcoming energy and atmosphere. Perfect BG location to meet up with friends or small social groups.
This little cafe is a find! They have very delicious choice of teas, and plenty(!) of gluten and dairy free baked goods!
At 9am there weee a few people, at 10:30 the line was long!
Love the outdoor seating area! There were a lot of chairs for kiddos and a bin full of toys for kids to share while you hang out and enjoy coffee.
Always A+ all-around!!

Fantastic place to meet friends. Amazing atmosphere, staff and coffee!
Super cool history, cute little shop upstairs. Way to much foam, but the heart was worth it. Maybe coming back. Btw, the price was very reasonable.
Founders is a cozy place with pretty good coffee but after my experiences there the last couple days I doubt I’ll be going back much. Yesterday I was already home when I realized they’d forgotten to use oat milk, which I’d paid $1 extra for and always order due to a dairy intolerance. Today I gave it another shot and this time they got the milk right but gave me the wrong size and forgot to make it decaf. I’d already waited at least 10 minutes for it and they were still pretty backed up so I didn’t ask them to remake it even though I should have. The employees I’ve encountered have always been pleasant but when you’re paying $7 for a drink it’s really frustrating to get the wrong thing two days in a row.
First and last time at this coffee house. I ordered a gingerbread latte. The menus said it had a gingerbread cookie on the latte. The order came up. It was in a to go cup with no cookie in sight. I went up to the counter. The employee was talking to another employee. After several attempts to get their attention one women came over and said the latte was made following her list. She hardly ever worked there. I said I wanted a gingerbread latte. Showed her the menu I ordered from. She said leave the cup. I reluctantly did. She made another latte. Still no gingerbread or flavoring. I once again pointed to what I wanted. She said we don’t have any ginger bread flavoring or cookies.
Founders is my go-to coffee shop to visit with friends. LOVE the lemon tart and latte while I shop local vendors' items. The batista team is always so friendly and welcoming.
