I usually don’t leave reviews, but this visit to Jack in the Box was frustrating from start to finish. First, I had to wait just to place my order even though the place wasn’t busy. Before getting my food, I had to ask for some ice, machine was out, and had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. On top of that, the soda was completely uncarbonated, which made it basically undrinkable.
What really bothered me was that I specifically ordered the meal that was being advertised, but I didn’t even get what was shown or included in the promotion. The one positive part was that the burger itself tasted good—but everything else made the whole experience disappointing. Definitely not worth the time or money.

The lady who took our order was wonderful She didn't get a thing wrong and it was a large order. The food however was terrible. It reminds me of biting into a McDonald's sandwich because every time I bit into my smashburger I bit into a bone. Great way to chip a tooth. The food didn't taste that great either. Better off going to Taco Bell.

Got my burger and it was soggy and the grease went through the bag onto my car floor. Did they poor oil on it? Terrible serive as well. Took 20 minutes for one meal

You sit in the drive thru line forever. There were only 2 cars in front of me and I have been waiting in line for over 20 mins. Don’t go here

I come here at least once a week. The ladies who work here are some of the nicest people in the area, even while getting your food out to you super fast. The tacos are always phenomenal, and I’m pretty sure they put some kind of magic in the fries to make them better than any other fast food place in BG. If I could give my entire paycheck to the employees here, I would. Words can’t even properly convey how much I love this JITB location.
Drive through was prompt and friendly. An item was left out of my order, so I went back in. They were apologetic and nice and remade the missing item. I don't mind mistakes if the restaurant makes it right in such a friendly way. Good job today!

It's a 50/50 chance if you order a sandwich with minus what comes on it normally, chances are they will get it wrong. Also, it would be helpful if you order things separately and they offer a bundle that's way cheaper with the same items, for the drive thru accociate taking the order would offer the bundle to help you save a few bucks. But love the mini tacos, and curly fries.
