Ordered on the app while in the parking lot. App went to the point it was in the oven, then stayed there for over 25 minutes. Went inside and saw my order in the warming oven. Asked for my order and why the app wasn't updating. They claimed the bar code wouldn't scan. So, they did not make any effort to rectify the situation, didn't make another barcode, didn't message through the app, didn't call the customer, nothing. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Fallon is the best worker there! So sweet and fast! Some of the customers are just straight up disgusting and rude I don’t know how the crew can stand them?!?!?! For the amount of rude comments these adults give them, it’s honestly so embarrassing how these customers who are pushing 90 can act to these kids. The staff definitely deserves the best and has to deal with rushes that anyone would struggle with but they do it so smoothly. Would definitely go again!P.S. some of the reviews under here are so foul, no one cares about your stomach issues.

Mario and Fallon are the main reasons why I come to little Caesar’s! Pizza is always good but their staff is incredibly sweet and patient. The owners of the company definitely got lucky hiring such fast and efficient workers <3

Ordered a custom round pizza and doordash refuses to help and all I got was a cheese pizza.
They kept me waiting on my pizza after 10 extra minutes of waiting turns out it was in their hot box the whole time. It wasn't busy either. The pizza was okay but it gave me rotten gas so not sure if ingredients sat out all night or

Not a good move hiring that rude guy who used to work at chevron right next to you guys. He was extremely rude there and now his reputation is still holding strong! I didn’t even realize that he was that guy at first but how blatantly annoyed he was by asking him to do one small thing easily made me remember who he was then! I can guarantee that this will not be the last review like this with him. I won’t go there again until he either quits or most likely when he gets fired!
