Food was fantastic!
The server was very inattentive, and never checked on us throughout our meal.
I hope she was just having a bad day, because it's a nice place.

Not sure where to start. Stood waiting forever in a restraunt that had one table full. Watched others do the same when they arrived. Order Steak Fajita Burrito's, mine had 4 mushrooms a couple slices bell peppers and was full of under cooked ONIONS! The rice eas under cooked and the baked beans were runny like soup. 1. IF you are going to have customers wait to be seated make sure you have a way to know when they come in so they are not left standing during their short lunch hour. That's just rude and shows a lack of repect for your customers. 2.IF I wanted a steak onion burrito, that's what I would have ordered. The fillings shouls be a balance of the ingredients. Charge more if yiu have to but good grief serve something worth eating. 3. SERVE PROPERLY COOKED FOOD!

Overall it was middle of the road. Food was not at flavorful as I would have liked. Service was also middle of the road, for example nobody in our party was asked if we would like refills and nobody was provided water.

Absolutely horrendous customer service experience. Called in advance for a reservation only to arrive and have an ill tempered, unreceptive employee practically shout they don't allow reservations. When challenged and presented with the inquiry asking why the previous employee assured 1800 for a party of 12, his only response was no reservations but they do have us on the list and the wait will be 45 minutes. We left and I called in requesting to speak to a manager only to be out on hold for several minutes and have the same individual bluntly inform that communicating with a manager is not an option. I wonder what kind of restaurant has no available manager on a Friday night? I informed them I would wait as long as necessary, but they basically provided no option to speak with management. At this point I was outraged and used a few improper, choice explicit words trying to convey my disgust. Several minutes after two failed attempts, I received a phone call from the Battleground Police Department! Wow! For one - I am amazed the establishment waisted time contacting the police where they could definitely direct their efforts towards customer service and 2 - how does a police department deam it appropriate to waste their time, my time and tax payer money on frivalities? Demand Quality Customer Service!

Terrible service! We booked a reservation then some worker told us, "we aren't taking reservations right now, we have plenty people ahead of you." When in fact, we spoke with a woman who said she has us for 6 pm. What a joke!!! Don't go here!

We had a wonderful time at Battle Ground Los Pepe’s! The young lady who took our orders, and served our food was really sweet, and helpful. I love the colorful and cheery decor! It’s a clean & well kept place. The food was great! I got the enchilada and burrito combination, which was delicious, with plenty of leftovers!

Dietary restrictions: It’s easy to find gluten free options, and you just ask them not to add the dairy to your meal.

We went for a last minute dinner here last night and it was amazing! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated within minutes. Our server Erika was ontop of it and very nice. She made sure we were doing ok and kept our chips filled! You don't see that type of customer service these days and we greatly appreciate her being so friendly! The birria tacos were absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was very nice and clean as well. It was our first time at this location, but we will definitely be back! Thank you Erika again for 20/10 service!

The food, especially the rice, beans and guacamole tasted old and stale. We ordered ceviche and the fish just tasted off and decided not to eat anymore because we were scared about being sick from it. Even though the food was bad, the service was even worse. Our server, Emilio, had a poor attitude from the moment we sat down and it felt like an inconvenience to ask for more water and chips. The margarita was watered down and we couldn’t taste any tequila in it. We asked Emilio if it could be re-made and his response was “last time it checked, that’s how frozen margaritas come”.
We were extremely disappointed in the food and the service.
