I didn't want to wait at "The Factory" so we chose los pepes. We sat for 10 minutes and watched 2 tables that sat after us get their drink orders. We were never checked in on, looked at, nothing. Ended up taking the kids and leaving. Thanks for the few chips.

We have not been to Los pepes for a while. The last couple of times we were at this restaurant the food was goodLast night. Not so much. Plates hot, both our meals were cold. No taste to either meal, chicken fajita burrito and chicken macho burrito, meat bland to no taste. Server had kitchen remake but again plates hot, food not.. Did you change your salsa? Very disappointing..Service, poor, but friendly.It will be a while before we go back. If at all.

We got there for an early lunch. We each paid separately and the waitress was amazing! I would say there were nine in total in my party. Food was fresh and hot...and spicy if you wanted it to be. I had never been there before but I will definitely be there again!Parking: I went for an early lunch and took the company bus and several seniors with different levels of disability and we got great parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes very accessible
