I buy my coffee here every morning. The service is excellent and they rarely get my order wrong!

The young woman working the drive thru on 8/23/25 at around 2:30 needs to do better. When we got home our order was all wrong even after we tried to correct our order while we were still in the drive thru.

Hey ! It's McDonalds !
This McDonalds continues to go downhill, both in service and business decisions. Their service has always been slow in drive thru and also inside but now they are starting to charge for refills. I know the cost of business is increasing, but this is ridiculous. A dine in customer should have an option for free refills. Disappointing to see this level of penny pinching.

This McDonald's is the worst!! They got my order wrong and charged me for their mistakes. Get home with a raw hamburger.
Definitely one of the best McDonalds in the area.
Ordered for curbside. Waited for almost 10min. My husband walked inside and saw our food sitting behind the counter while the workers were talking and having a great time. He walked back, grabbed our food and walked out. Not happy with the service but food wasn't bad.
Every time they forget the sauce for the chicken nuggets even though it's listed on the receipt taped to bag. Every time! How hard is it? Drive thru 2 stars.
It was clean and the staff was very nice.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The app wasn’t working, so I went inside. I stood at the front counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally did, there was no greeting, no apology for the delay — just a blunt confirmation of my order and a quick “have a seat.”
While I waited, I watched multiple customers come in and stand at the front, also ignored. Staff were clearly avoiding the counter. Two people ended up walking out because no one would help them.
When my order finally came, it was missing an item. I stood at the counter again — no one showed up. I had to call the store from inside just to get someone to answer. I explained I was missing something, and the person on the phone simply said “okay” and hung up.
Eventually, a young woman (long hair, glasses) came up, asked what I needed, and when I pointed out the missing item, she just grabbed it and handed it over — still no apology or even basic acknowledgment of the poor service.
Here’s the bottom line: I understand that working a fast food job might not be your dream. But if you're getting paid to be there, you need to show up and do the job — professionally and respectfully. Ignoring customers, delivering incomplete orders, and acting like it’s an inconvenience to do the bare minimum is unacceptable.
Do better.

They made it to where you have to check in to with them to grab your mobile order which would be fine, if they ever were ever actually available, they are always hiding in the back and when you do get a hold of them you have to ask multiple times
