Update: had an interesting experience. Went through another round of simple instructions being missed on my order, waiting on it for an exorbitant amount of time. 2 sandwiches and a large fry. The team members and manager who helped me at the counter were very friendly and got my order correct. But I can’t voice my frustration enough with whoever is making food because they seem to have the hardest time following instructions printed on easily read labels. Mind you, my burgers...
Service was awesome. A young lady brought us our food and then checked back with us to make sure we were okay. That was amazing and unexpected for fast food.
The four stars were because it was so cold inside while we were eating. And because my husband ordered a sundae and the cup was barely half full and the ice cream was melted. Overall - 👍 thumbs up. Good job McDonald's!

I had a pickup order through the app and it took a little longer than usual getting out to me. Here's the great thing here that's not like other places: they owned up to taking a while and gave me their managers ticket to help make-up for the wait time. The employees were super nice and I definitely will be coming here again.
