Amazing food, big portions for an accordingly-fair price, excellent service, ok atmosphere with that gutless coffee shop radio thing going on in the background, but absolutely great otherwise.
The best (maybe only?) Sunday breakfast in town. Got the mushroom Swiss omelette (add bacon). It was way better than I expected. Very flavorful, the cheese tasted almost like a fondue cheese. Hash browns were crispy on the outside (without having to ask for it!). They even had gluten free toast for me (what?!). ESPN was on the tv with alternating sports. Restaurant has a Chicago sports theme and sparsely decorated, so it’s not really cozy, but the food is good
We had a late breakfast here this morning. There are not many breakfast restaurants in Battle Ground.. others have come and gone but Old Town has endured.
The menu is fairly basic but they're good solid choices. FYI they only serve breakfast and lunch here. I've always been more than satisfied with the dishes I've ordered. The Greek omelette is a nice change if you want something besides a ham and cheese omelette.
