A Monday evening and everyone was wanting Panda tonight, this place was hopping! Longest drive through line and inside the same but the 6 person team was running it like a well oiled machine, on top of it, extremely smooth ordering/paying, and everyone I talked to was smiling. In a stressful moment they were fantastic and the food was fabulous even after bringing it back home. Way to go BG Panda!!!

Doesn’t staple door dash orders closed, which can give possibility to have food tampered with. I called and asked why, but seems it is just laziness. Hopefully they start taking that more serious. People pay alot of money for door dash. No one’s wants there food open and exposed.

I highly recommend everyone go to the Panda Express location at the mall instead of the Battle Ground one. I ordered a plate with 2 portions of honey walnut shrimp. Placed the order at the speaker with no issues, confirmed it at the pickup window with no issues at first, and then after waiting for a long time, they finally came back and said that they were short 1 shrimp portion. I said okay, we can substitute orange chicken. When I got home, I saw they had given me a grand total of 3(!!) little chicken pieces. Almost comical. The shrimp portion itself was also sad. And shrimp is an upcharge that I was never refunded for.
On top of everything, I waited at least half an hour in the drive thru line. I would have left but a car had pulled up behind me almost immediately so I was stuck. Wait time at the mall location was about 1 minute from walking up to paying, and the portions are VERY generous. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with the BG location, so I'll be making the drive to the mall even though it's much further away from me.

I place an online order at 7:30 pm. Order was supposed to be ready in 15 min. I pull in to the drive thru line at 7:45 since there was only 3 cars ahead. I wait 10 min to get to the speaker and was told to hold on to place my order, after 10 min waiting, they told me to go ahead and order. I told the guy I was just picking up an online order and he said to pull up to the windows. I wait another 10 min to get to the window, when I finally got there I wait another 10 min to get my order. When the guy finally handout my order I ask him why did I still have to wait 5 more min for my order when it was supposed to be ready at 7:45, he didn't answer nor even apologize for the waiting. It was 7:20 when I pull out with my order. Thats 35 minutes waiting for an order that should be ready 20 min ago. Thats ridiculous. I never wait so much for an online order. And didn't even get an apology for the delay.

The staff are so friendly and really do try hard each and every time. My order last night was truly wonderful, and husband got there to have a little wait, but he was so impressed to see how efficient and hard the team was in pulling together. He told me he was in awe of the person working the wok. Food was great and makes for a yummy breakfast today as leftovers.

Very friendly staff at this location. The gal who helped me in the black shirt tonight and took my order was absolutely wonderful. She was very sweet. The other staff were all busy and productive in keeping the restaurant clean for the night. Probably my favorite place to stop after work to eat because of the fair prices and healthier food options. 😁
