Shout out to Phil, Destiny, and B-Lake for being fantastic humans. They helped me out with something tonight at the restaurant that was above and beyond just food service. I cannot express my gratitude for these 3 and several other RR team members here. We left as much of a tip as we could but I would give them all $500 cash if I could to say thank you. I hope you all see this review and know how awesome you are!!!!!

The reason I'm leaving this review is not because of the service. Mickey, our waiter did a decent job except one major thing. When bringing out our food, a honey mustard cup fell off his waiter tray from head high where he carries the tray. The sauce hit the floor and by God shot up back into the air and covered my face, shirt, and pants with honey mustard. Now, it was a pretty good laugh for my family, and at least and Mickey was very apologetic, but now I have stained clothes. The reason I'm leaving this review, is I would find it pretty standard to at least comp my meal for completely soaking me in sauce. But no, nothing was offered or even talked about. I gave him a chance to make it right, but he didn't. I paid my bill and walked out pretty disappointed. The food was just ok, burgers are supposed to be big and juicy but they're just not. It's really nothing like it used to be, bottomless fries are a gymick as they take forever to get to you. Getting refills on our drinks was slow, and one thing that kinda grossed me out was the floor felt like it was covered in oil. Not sure I'll be bringing my family back for birthdays anymore honestly. Just not the same RR as it once was.
I’ve gone here 2x and both times the service was awful. I’ve been to other RR’s and it’s not this bad. This particular one is horrible. The first time the server was so mad I think she hated her job. This time no one ever came to the table. No water no server no nothing. So we got up and left. See other reviews about the service being bad at this location. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. Or another location bc the food is pretty good at RR. If I could give 0 stars I would since nobody ever even shows up at the table. We were there 25min so we allowed plenty of time bc we were starving. Even the hostess was angry and hates it there. No thanks

No napkins or ketchup for fries. Fries were ice cold. Milkshake was not a milkshake. It was melted.

Great atmosphere, Very friendly staff, amazing wall decor and ambience. The Manager Tom, made my night by greeting me during my meal and creating an actual connection. He made me feel valued. Great service. 5 stars. BTW… Red Robin sells their seasoning! Incredible. Thank you Tom and Red Robin - Battleground.

Well let’s see here. We went her for my best friends birthday and starting off it wasn’t a good vibe. One person in our party asked for Dr. Pepper and they said they were all out. Then the waiter was gone for long period of times without refilling the drinks or asking if we needed anything. We didn’t get a a basket of fry’s until the fries came with our meal. When the fries did come they weren’t seasoned at all and everything was cold. My chicken was way over cooked. We asked for a refill of fries and they didn’t come until we were beyond frustrated with how the service and food was. We also asked for the birthday song and sundae and my goodness that took over 30 minutes. While we were waiting for that we noticed we needed something fixed on our bill and we nicely told the waiter this and he was just so busy that he never got around to fixing it.
The birthday sundae was melted and not all that exciting and the two people that came to sing the song didn’t sound all at all excited.
It makes me sad this was a celebration and it was anything but that.
