Absolutely loved the Starbucks coffee and espressos my husband picked up today! I am new to drinking espresso. For the last several months, I have been getting them from a Starbucks shop. Well, I will be coming directly to Albertsons to get these from now on! Not only worthy the best espresso I’ve had, The girl that waited on him named Hannah made a coffee she suggested, As my husband told her I did not really like coffee. I only have started liking espresso and don’t like the taste of coffee. Weird right ! Well my husband brought it home to me, And it was fabulous and I now enjoy what she said was like a cinnamon roll! So now I have more than one thing I will get at Starbucks! Thank you very much to Hannah for going out of her way to listen to a customer and make a delicious coffee, that made us both very happy! She just earned her wage and then some because we BOTH now love Starbucks! I attached the picture of the cup for additional information. Thank you Hannah!!! You know how to not only make a delicious coffee and espresso, but you know excellent customer service! Much appreciated! Albertson’s should thank you too because that is where I will be going for all of my shopping needs from now on! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was informed after I paid that if I wanted my iced coffee sweet I would have to pay more . I've never heard of such a thing. Charging for simple syrup? I just said okay but I'm going to have to look into this, was he confused about flavored syrups vs liquid sugar?

Only one young lady working, but she was awesome! The customers were lined up, and she was very busy. Her attitude was positive, friendly \\u0026 knowledgeable about the drinks. I saw her name tag said 'Jaura'. My drink was perfect, and so was the service??

I often get a frappicino at the Battle Ground Albertsons Starbucks. Compared to other Starbucks the people that work at this one are definitely the most un-friendliest. Not all of them but, two of them in particular. One evening last week I let my son go in to get us something to drink. The young lady working actually took the persons Order that was standing behind my son, 6 feet back for social distancing. After making the other persons drink she proceeded to get her broom and started sweeping. My son is 13 years old and 5' so it's not like she couldn't see him standing there. Today right before they closed 5/27/2020 she made my Carmel ribbon crunch frappicino. She forgot to put the Carmel and crunchies on the whipped cream on top . That's the best part of the drink. I said, uh-oh you forgot the Carmel on top. She said, oh sorry and literally shrugged her right shoulder. I said could you please put it on? So, she gets the Carmel and noses it down in the hole of the lid and squirts it in there. I say, are you kidding me? And she says a bit sarcastic, what you want me to make you another one? And I said nothing. I took my $6.00 drink and walked out. Also, her mask was not even covering her nose at all and was so loose that it was almost hanging past her mouth. I am blown away that Starbucks would have someone like her working for them. My suggestion is that after the pandemic passes and goes away, she trot down to Clark College and take a customer service class. In the mean time she really should be checking her actions and her behavior. We're still a fairly small town here and the majority of us say please and thank you. In other words we have manners, empathy and compassion.

This location is inside Albertson's and there is no drive-through. They're very slow they tend to only have one person working behind the counter. Very disappointed and there are better coffee shops in battleground I will go to
