Coffee was watery, not to temp and server brought my daughters and my drink over, but neglected to bring over my wife's drink. After about 5 minutes I walked over and it was sitting on the counter. They never let us know it was ready. Way too expensive for what we got.

Do not go to the Battle ground starbucks for red cup day.They're rude, no communication with customers and it's a waste of time. Battle Ground Albertson's And Any of the Safeway stores have the free red cups? The Battle ground Fred Meyers don't have anything since they just had a remodel recently. but any of the other Fred Meyer stores will have the red cups. If customers are asking for them since yesterday was red cup day. I was able to get mine at the battleground Safeway store. Nobody should go out of their way out to Ridgefield for a cup... I've called starbucks corporate up in Seattle about this location here in battleground and tell them that the staff has no self-respect or communication with their customers when it comes to red cup day.

Got a regular cortado and pecana cortado. I haven’t had cortado with sugar already in it before 😞 barista did not inform us that the cortado comes with premixed sugar in it. Pecana coffee was ok.

This location is TRASH!
This is supposed to be an oat milk shaken expresó. Literally got it half empty and most of it was ice.
Can't tell me the barista didn't know/see what she made and put out...

They do not understand the meaning of less ice. Also there was a crack in my cup and my drink spilled all over me. I came back to have them remake my drink and yet again there was more ice than latte. Super disappointing.

Honestly I used to love the Starbucks but since they started the new 12 minute policy before ordering through the drive-thru it's awful. I don't mind the whole 12 minute thing but when I have actually waited that long we get cold sandwiches and I don't have time to come back to the drive-thru second time so that they can get it correct. Then I have ordered online for instance last week and my food's been ready within 2 minutes so if they want to change that policy this specific Starbucks needs to learn how to do it right. If I wait the full 12 minutes everything is cold if I don't then they get an attitude.
I started going to different Starbucks and they're much better but I wish the one in BG was better. I've heard they're going downhill. Gonna have to try dutch or somewhere where service is wanted
