i hate leaving a low review but i truly hope the company can do something if enough people are all saying the same thing. all of the employees at this location are so kind and hard working but not providing them with another staff member ruins the service at this store. me and another person waited over 30 minutes for an employee to come out ( no one did ) at which point i left and went to another location. these people should be able to take properly staffed lunch/15 minute breaks without having to worry about a line of customers waiting on them and customers shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes for a sandwich.
Accidentally ordered at this location rather than the location I usually go to. Said it would be ready at 1:47 arrived at 1:52 hadn’t started my order yet only 1 person working and only had 1 type of bread she then proceeded to talk on the phone for 10 minutes sounding like it was another complaining customer. Feel sorry for the worker here alone with 10 mobile orders not made now 2.03 still haven’t started making my sandwich unfortunately I already paid online or I could leave as I am late for a meeting…..
Never going back to this Subway again. I’ve given it a few chances now and it’s the slowest worse Subway. I feel bad for these workers they have one person on staff during lunch hours. They’re taking peoples orders when I made an online order 20 minutes prior that hadn’t even been started! Said it was going to be ready at 1:40 and didn’t leave until 2:10. This Subway needs more staff but won’t go back to see. There’s other ones we can go to.
Put your hair up or back. It was disturbing watching your braids brush along the sandwich every time you reached for something. It's basic food handlers stuff, no one wants your hair in our food.

only 1 person working at noon. they're accepting Uber, dd orders without anyone there to make them. it takes 20 min just to get 1 sandwich to go. won't be back.

Me and my family went there to get food the total was $20.50 and I gave him $25 and the guy gave me 50 cents I ask him for the rest and he said I gave him 20 dollars and when we asked him again he said that’s his tip which we did not tip so I ask him to call the manager and he did she didn’t answer we ask him again and he said there was no manager and than he said he was the manager and than he said he was team leader so don’t come here if you don’t want to get robbed

This location took my online order (which I paid for) then told me they could not make my sandwhich because they were out of the bread and bacon that I had orderd. They refused to substitute for something else, refused to cancel and give me a refund. I was told I need to contact my bank for a refund and fight the charges. They also would not give me the name/number for a manager. Worst experience I have every had. I had to give one star as that is the lowest rating but I paid (and even tipped) for the order and received nothing. I don't even know how this is legal!

I’ve been here several times about 10 mins before they are supposed to close and the doors are locked. Don’t say you close at 10pm if you really close at 9:45. Once I came here at 9:30 and they were closed. A full 30 min early and they were closed

This location is always insanely slow. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Think ordering ahead is faster? Nope. Arrived 36 minutes after placing the order and it wasn’t ready. Took an additional 8 for them to prepare it. Oh and only one person in line.

My family and I have been visiting this store for a very long time. It has undergone many changes since we first visited roughly 5 years or so ago. Apparently, there's a challenge with keeping good employees, so one never knows who he or she will see the next time they visit.Last night, we visited and, yes, there was yet another different face that we hadn't seen working there before. While the sandwich was decent, the restaurant itself was filthy.When a guy can see dirt and other unknown artifact along the stainless steel grooves at the bottom of the viewing window, as well as garbage on the floors and tables, someone is not doing their jobs.It's sad. This place used to have some decent employees. But someone decided they needed to always work alone in a two man environment. So there's truly no time for one person to do all of the work that needs to be done.I don't know who owns this particular location, but they should be ashamed of themselves for letting this particular restaurant get so run down, unclean, and potentially dangerous.
