12/9 12:30pm…Straight trash… ordered through DoorDash and I received bread with lettuce… no meat. Driver says employee looked like his was drugged out..

Michael provided exceptional customer service. We had an online order I messed up and came in and he was in process of making. He took our order and made it exactly how we wanted it. I proceeded to spill my soad and instead of getting frustrated he just jumped into action to get the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. He showed respect, professionalism, great attitude and exceptional customer service. I hope his managers see what an asset to the company he truly is! We will definitely be back!

Just got off work, hungry and tired, it's past 8pm, practically just me and one other customer.
I asked the kind gentleman working the counter to make me something he would recommend. I wanted to break from routine. He served me an awesome turkey and chicken roast with provolone cheese and given the works finished with salt, pepper, oil, and red vinegar drizzled.
I've been ordering the same menu item for the last decade and this opened me up to want to try more of their menu.
I didn't catch the gentlemans name, but I want him to know, that sub was fire!
I should of given him a bigger tip at the register. Next time I see him, I'm definitely gonna have him throw me another one and give him the fat tip he deserves. Mad respect for him going along with the curve ball and making me something he recommends.

Stopped in for 4 subs before a concert. Dante(?) and Alyssa(?) rocked. They worked so well together. Very friendly and efficient.

Been here twice within a week, each time one person working, 4 door dashers waiting and a line of 15 people.
Ordered food using the Subway app. The staff have done great with putting together my sandwich just as I ordered. All the staff always seem very friendly.

Jayda was an amazing subway employee. her customer service was off the charts and for this place looking understaffed it was refreshing to see somebody so good at their job and able to handle it! thank youuu

The person who made my sandwich did a nice job.
The remodel is decent. The chairs are fairly comfortable, and most of the paint choices are fine. The bright green wall with the Subway sign was overdone. Often, it's better to be more subtle with colors, textures, etc.

Maddy and the team are really making the customer priority one! Which these days considering all of the DoorDash and third-party delivery and remote order systems is not an easy task so I commend them quick service with a smile and fresh food- thank you!

Online order l, went to pick up no one in the restaurant including employees at least in the front, got home to a practically empty sandwich’s. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return and I hope this sways anyone else from going in here as well. Gross.

The counter where they serve food is dirty and flies around. Disappointed
The meat and cheese section is covered so you can not see the tiny amount of meat and cheese they put in your sandwich! Ridiculous! If I wanted a veggie sandwich, that is what I would have ordered! Don't cheat your customers, we won't be back!
The meat has slowly disappeared. My footlong only had a single layer of roast beef no thicker than the cheese.
I just ordered from this location via the app. 12.15.2024. None of my sauces or veggies were on the two footlongs I ordered. I wrote a nice note and tipped them. I walked in 4 min before my order was ready. My hot sub was sitting there freezing cold. Which is so biggy because I can warm up at home. The place was empty when I walked in.. I stood for a minute to thank them but no one came out. I appreciate them getting it done quickly & I had this odd feeling to check my order before I left. Anyways nothing I can do when I’m home and open it up, other then go back which I wasn’t going to do means I am not close (to the closest location from my house) but I reported to corporate (since that’s the ONLY way to contact them these days) I won’t be back anytime in the near future.
