Online order l, went to pick up no one in the restaurant including employees at least in the front, got home to a practically empty sandwich’s. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return and I hope this sways anyone else from going in here as well. Gross.

The meat and cheese section is covered so you can not see the tiny amount of meat and cheese they put in your sandwich! Ridiculous! If I wanted a veggie sandwich, that is what I would have ordered! Don't cheat your customers, we won't be back!

The meat has slowly disappeared. My footlong only had a single layer of roast beef no thicker than the cheese.

I just ordered from this location via the app. 12.15.2024. None of my sauces or veggies were on the two footlongs I ordered. I wrote a nice note and tipped them. I walked in 4 min before my order was ready. My hot sub was sitting there freezing cold. Which is so biggy because I can warm up at home. The place was empty when I walked in.. I stood for a minute to thank them but no one came out. I appreciate them getting it done quickly & I had this odd feeling to check my order before I left. Anyways nothing I can do when I’m home and open it up, other then go back which I wasn’t going to do means I am not close (to the closest location from my house) but I reported to corporate (since that’s the ONLY way to contact them these days) I won’t be back anytime in the near future.

Subway you have officially become the worst sandwich place on planet earth. With Quiznos Panera bread and all these other places the thing that set Subway apart from all those places that make a way better sandwich is the fact that you could put whatever veggies you want it on your sandwich how much ever you want it extra you can say hey can you put a little bit more. Today I went in and find out that this is no longer the practice the owners of this Subway have set out to turn their customers away I will not ever go to any Subway ever again and this is why your franchises are terrible. Watch a video called give them the pickle it's not that much more money for you to give onions or salad the cheapest products in your facility and your nickel and dime and your customers over I think it's pathetic I think it's desperate and I hope you guys close and a Panera bread opens up since you guys are at their same price as anyway.

Ordered a Rotisserie Chicken Salad for a delivery order for a business meeting. It was awful. No Rotisserie chicken in sight. Was given CANNED chicken instead. Tiny, tough shredded pieces, look like cat food. If they were out of the requested chicken, they should have contacted us for a change request. Both of the chicken salads in our order had this awful tough chicken. I couldn't eat it. If we weren't in important meetings, I would have gone back for a refund.

Health hazard. The sandwich making station looks like it hasn’t been wiped down or cleaned all day. Clearly the owner is not involved in this location on a daily basis or just doesn’t care about being successful. Will not return. Feel sick just thinking about it.

I don’t know why the staff in this location keeps asking people if they can actually afford their food. It’s super rude Also, maybe don’t ignore people standing in line waiting while you use your phone all day long. Also super rude.
