The girl with blue hair is one of the rudest employees I have ever seen. For the record, a 6 inch BLT does not come with just 2 pieces of bacon. But she says it does. Every other subway in America gives you four pieces of bacon? I've seen her be rude to people everytime I go there and now I guess I have to be rude to her too.

Horrible experience here, staff was rude, for a 7.50 six inch sandwich subways rules are rediculous this is now what they consider extra pickles, extra olives. If you question it they say this is all corporate will allow me to put on your sandwich! They count out 4 olives, oh 8 if you want extra..... Horrible subway has lost my buisness for good.

This place is the worst! There soda machine has been broken for 9months. I can’t even imagine running my business that way. The staff has always been ok but the other day I went in and I asked for extra onion on my sandwich. The girl working working told me she couldn’t & I told her I was happy to pay for the extra onion (not like I was asking for an entire onion or anything) and she said she was told by management that even if I offer to pay extra that they aren’t allowed to do it. That’s just crazy to me. So it’s a crap place, don’t waste your time

If you order through mobile. Always add 20-30 minutes on top of the recommended pickup time. They are never on time and are under staffed.

I had such a great experience with this subway. The manager is the friendliest and most kind man and I always enjoy coming in. Such a hard worker and I can tell he enjoys his job. Great job!

Walked in. Didn’t even acknowledge me. Two people working and they kept talking to themselves for 10 min well I stood in front of them waiting. After walking around they finally decided to take my order. Would not go back to this subway

While the morning and afternoon crew is amazing, the guy who made my sandwiches tonight should get a different job. The incompetence it takes to fail such a simple task is beyond my comprehension. This location would be better off closed at night then to let this joker continue running the show. Even after asking him to make sure he gets my order right, he went out of his way to mess it up. Much love to the rest of the crew!!!

Never have I felt like this particular location is all that great. It’s really a bummer because the only one in battleground. Just 0 customer service skills. Long waits and no effort around efficiency. I also know it’s been at least four months that the soda fountain has been down which is kind of weird. No knows about any plans to fix it.

01/06 8:30ish pm. The guy working this evening treated us like it was an inconvenience to have to do his job. seemed like he didn't want to be there, let alone have to make a sandwich. when we arrived he was leaning over the counter on his phone. While we were ordering he had a condescending tone of voice with every question he asked, and just overall lack of positive customer service. Honestly, if our food tasted good, i wouldn't even be writing this review.. but it was gross. The turkey on my sandwich, and the cheese on both of our sandwiches tasted like it had been left out/not properly refrigerated. The cheese had a very weird smushy texture, despite being toasted, and just an odd old milk-ish flavor, very unpleasant. i threw away 3/4 of my footlong sandwich. Not a good experience at all, definitely will not be returning to this location. I strongly suggest some more pleasant employees & more concern for the quality of food you're selling. i would not even feed it to my dogs.

Food is just as well as any other Subway though they didn’t have many bread choices. Seemed super underprepared.

Rating service a 1 for the employee working the line who audibly said “those people in line can wait, we have online orders”… this was after we’d already been waiting 10-15 mins. Same employee kept grumbling and complaining about working long hours and was verbally abusive of her peer. She’s the slowest sandwich assembler I’ve ever seen… it’s like she doesn’t realize she is the problem she is experiencing. Customers were annoyed at the wait and her rude, discourteous, and slow service only compounded that.
