We went in at 2pm on a Thursday. Only one employee in the building. About a dozen people waiting, and more online orders. Several people walked out due to the 20+ minute wait.

Bathrooms were unclean, trash on the floor and paper towel dispensers did not work.

I work in fast food. My complaints are not at all with the employee there—he was very hard working and locked in while we were there. Management needs to hire/schedule more people, because the conditions here were terrible. Do better!!!

Was told they were out of olives, waited an additional 20 minutes for my food because of it. When I got home it was the wrong sub entirely, when I got back it was made clear to me that they were out of roast beef, they weren't willing to give me my money back, it's a shame I had to go this route about it as I've applied countless times, but it's a joke I can't get a job here. I'd manage to at the very least not get people the wrong food. I'll be reporting fraud with my bank due to the lack of refund, and I'll be making my sandwichs from home for now. I get you guys are trying but the employee couldn't even look me in the eye at the end of me leaving the 2nd time with yet again the wrong sub. And you jokers won't even give me a chance to work there? Might have been a blessing in disguise.

The male worker working today (I’m guessing 12pm-x time shift) with glasses cat called my significant other as he was walking into work. Absolutely disgusting behavior. He should be fired immediately. Doing that is so incredibly dehumanizing to someone, much less a complete stranger you know nothing about.

I was in there all by myself. There were 2 people working. They were doing phone orders. I waited for almost 20 minutes. At which point they told me. Maybe I wanted to go to a different Subway. It was horrible bad, bad business won't go there again.

Can't get orders right . Ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and get a mix of cookies but no chocolate chip . Don't do door dash because they mess even more up and the bread isn't soft .

The girl with blue hair is one of the rudest employees I have ever seen. For the record, a 6 inch BLT does not come with just 2 pieces of bacon. But she says it does. Every other subway in America gives you four pieces of bacon? I've seen her be rude to people everytime I go there and now I guess I have to be rude to her too.

Horrible experience here, staff was rude, for a 7.50 six inch sandwich subways rules are rediculous this is now what they consider extra pickles, extra olives. If you question it they say this is all corporate will allow me to put on your sandwich! They count out 4 olives, oh 8 if you want extra..... Horrible subway has lost my buisness for good.

This place is the worst! There soda machine has been broken for 9months. I can’t even imagine running my business that way. The staff has always been ok but the other day I went in and I asked for extra onion on my sandwich. The girl working working told me she couldn’t & I told her I was happy to pay for the extra onion (not like I was asking for an entire onion or anything) and she said she was told by management that even if I offer to pay extra that they aren’t allowed to do it. That’s just crazy to me. So it’s a crap place, don’t waste your time

If you order through mobile. Always add 20-30 minutes on top of the recommended pickup time. They are never on time and are under staffed.

I had such a great experience with this subway. The manager is the friendliest and most kind man and I always enjoy coming in. Such a hard worker and I can tell he enjoys his job. Great job!
