I can always count on Taco Bell for affordable late night food. But we didn’t have the best customer service experience. Great food but we were reprimanded for how we ordered it.

Never again will I give this business my money. I have gone twice now, and I got hard tacos each time. Both times all of them were BROKEN. Every one. No way that is a coincidence or mistake. Tonight the young woman at the window could not have cared less. Barely looked at us, and it was a big inconvenience when we asked for hot sauce. I will make sure everyone I know avoids this terrible establishment. Also, 40 bucks for a box of tacos and a small drink? Crazy.

I went at 10 super excited that I made it in time for breakfast. The breakfast crunchwrap was what I went after and my hash brown was so stale it’s gross, not to mention I never asked them to skimp on the egg or sauce. Genuinely disappointed. Do better Taco Bell. No wonder you’re always hiring.

Ended up forgetting my card here. Needed a refund because they forgot to give me my card back and charged it twice. I work in customer service, and it felt like my frustrations were brushed off and they just wanted to shut me up which irritated me more. The manager, was speaking over me and blamed me for forgetting my card and that's why I got charged again. Just overall felt like the majority of the employees were rude, there was only one respectful one. They also often forget my Cinnabon Delights whenever I come through. Also, it'll take a bit for them to notice you as a dine-in, because they prioritize their drive-thru so don't recommend this Taco Bell.

sorry to have to have to post this. I went to the Battleground location and ordered four of their bacon breakfast tacos because they looked good on the commercial. Sadly, when I received my products, I went to put sauce on them, and I opened them, and there was more taco shell than there was eggs or bacon or cheese. I'll be adding a picture of the pitiful taco. I have contacted Taco Bell, main customer service twice and as of yet have received any kind of response. Not really sure they care about what their customers think.

Horrible attitude from one worker. They forgot a bunch of our food and we tried to get it fixed but she was very rude. We were there with a small group and some of them have waited 15 minutes so far.

They forgot my drink, I like this place cause they keep it pretty clean, but every time I come here my order is missing something, the drink was only a dollar but come on guys
