I ordered a bunch of meals and a couple single burgers and for some reason they packaged my shit up in the most ridiculous way so I ended up thinking I was giving my friend his to basic burgers but they were in fact 2 of my combo burgers that I paid extra for. Probably won't return here for some time. Pretty idiotic way of packing my order

Around 1:45/2pm on a Saturday - they were very busy and seemingly short staffed a person or two, but the crew was doing a really great job. Clearly exhausted and slightly overwhelmed BUT making it happen nonetheless! Just wanted to shout them out for making the best of a situation outside of their control :)

Giving 1 star for being charged for stuff I didnt ask for if you do not have something someone asks for dont switch it out for something different and charge them extra without saying anything

I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order. As I was about to go inside, they told me they had locked the door. I said, “No problem.” They told me to go through the drive-thru. I went into the drive-thru, and there they told me to go back and wait in my car by the door, and that they would bring the order to me when it was ready. I waited for 5–10 minutes. When my order was ready, I got a notification. I went back to the drive-thru and said, “My order is ready, please give it to me.” But today, the girl at the window again told me to go and wait by the window. I am really not happy about this.

The food has definitely changed and not in a good way, I got the spicy nuggets and they were not the same as a few months ago or the ones that came out to bring with they were smaller and kinda soggy and not even spicy like they use to be. Wendy's was so much better when the food came in the yellow packaging.

Heather and Madelyn are amazing staff members at this Wendy’s location! When my mobile order malfunctioned, they saved the day and were so incredibly cheerful and happy to help. These are the kinds of people we need more of in the world!

When I order $35 worth of food… I’m not surprised that I got parked… but when I ask the guy that brought the food out to us, if there was a spoon in the bag for my frosty abs he lies and says there is… I get home and don’t have any napkins or other condiments… that’s not great service.
