Okay so basically, I ordered online and when I pulled up they asked me to pull to the front and I did so, no problems there, BUT when they gave me my food I found HAIR in my frosty AND a missing cookie, so I recommend to go to a different Wendy's, I only ordered 5 items and a baconator, baconator fries, a cookie, frosty, and a drinkđđđ
Typical Wendy's. The restaurant is very clean, service is usually pretty good but the food is hit or miss with this place. Sometimes they nail it with everything being hot and freshly cooked to bring so bad that I literally complained to the corporation. They did refund me and gave me credit for another meal so I did appreciate that. Nothing really special here one way or the other. The place is usually very clean though. I will give them that.
I come here quite often as my kids like Wendyâs. But recently I have had two bad experiences in a row. There is a new female working the register for drive through and she is awful. Rolls her eyes at you, doesnât smile. Talks completely monotone. I have no issue if someone has bad bedside manners but add that onto not getting the order correct and when I ask for the kids meal that you missed and you roll your eyes and act like somehow itâs me when this is your job starts to tick me off. The third time of rolling her eyes at meâŚthen the funniest part is she asks me to do a surveyâŚyou sure you want me to do that?
Ordered 2 Dave's doubles combos. Got home and realized the gave me singles. I got charged for doubles . The fast food industry and standards absolutely suck here.

Iâm not trying to be a complainer (Yet here I am complaining lol) Anyways, In all seriousness though The last couple times that I have been here I have gotten to Daveâs single burger meal and gotten so terribly sick đ¤˘I used to eat that whenever I went there ( maybe once every three months or so) so I donât know exactly what is going on. I definitely will not be back . Staff seemed fine when I went through the drive-through.
This location has the most unfriendly and quite frankly rude staff. I'm actually shocked at how bad the customer service was tonight during our visit.
Mediocre across the board. Fries we're cold. Burger was over salted and came with tomato, I asked for none. The ketchup seems to be perpetually out at the kiosk. They must have had the AC on... I was cold and I was even wearing a lined hoodie. All of that and it still wasn't my worst experience there.
When Iâm able to get a break, I come here! Staff is super cool and donât mind me hanging out for an hour or two waiting on late pick ups.
Lilah 12/15/24 at 10:15 AM had rude customer service. Barely acknowledged me and when she did it was either a âyepâ or âyup yup.â Terrible experience.
