I worked fast food for 8 years. Never once on any day, did I ever treat a customer like I was treated. It was quite literally the most pathetic excuse for service I have ever seen. Attitude = Atrocious. The greeting at the speakerbox started with: "what do want." Needless to say, I will never be back. Go to HazelDell where service is great. This location deserves to be shutdown.

So disappointed in you Wendy’s!! Shame on you to charge us consumers for a quality piece of chicken then swap it out for a smaller bland compressed nasty ! Fine I understand if you need to change it up because of rising cost but at least be honest. Not increase price then make it smaller sandwich that’s also fake compressed meat!!! Shame on you ! Shame shame shame !!! Can’t tell the meat from the biscuit because it’s so compressed!! Picture in comments!!! Only item on menu worth eating in my opinion is now gone . Now when I take my clients there because for some reason they love wendy’s I will sit with my water . At least the staff at this location are absolutely amazing and these changes have nothing to do with their quality which is the only quality in the building.

Usually I am out of this drive thru in under 2 minutes. The girls here really slay and I always enjoy their service. Their new employee Antoine really seems to struggle though. The last few times I had him as a drive thru person and the service was rough. Tonight it took over 10 minutes for our food and it was incorrect.

They only hire high schoolers who don’t know how to do their job, their mobile app doesn’t work and they don’t care to make it. The service is always like they don’t want to be bothered or like we’re inconveniencing the employees by asking them to do their job. I was overcharged upon my most recent trip and offered absolutely nothing assistance wise from anyone on staff, just kind of a joke really. Sad to see establishments out here in town just not care anymore.

I am a big fan of Wendy's in general. I love the chicken nuggets (usually) I love that extra condiments don't usually cost more. I don't like leaving bad reviews, HOWEVER IN MORE THAN SEVERAL PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AT THE BATTLE GROUND WA. STORE. THIS RATING IS STORE SPECIFIC. Most of the time drive thru orders are wrong/ missing items. A lot of the staff are not very helpful, or polite. A lot of bad attitude. Food quality here has gone way down hill. I avoid this store now if and when possible. Service here stinks! Last 2 orders I had here I placed online and other in person to go . I didn't inspect everything and open everything ( I shouldn't have to be that thorough) 2 10pcs = 20 nuggets not 18 and not shriveled up dry barely warm. 2 medium fries means 2 not 1 and last I checked a double burger has 2 patties not 1. It's just sad and nobody seems to care when you attempt to bring it to ther attention. Just sad. When a restaurant makes so many mistakes they should care and want to make it right. Not just shrug their shoulders, or ignore customers. SAD and with the combination of multiple visit issues owed a Family dinner by now but know that's just a dream. ADVISE TO CUSTOMERS.... WENDY'S IS GREAT, JUST NOT THIS ONE!

The people that work here literally steal from customers by not completing orders. Ordered a taco salad with an extra chili. What I got was a taco salad with nothing but sour creme and a cup of chili.Wendy's is now trash, especially this location.You're not worth 15 dollars, more like two. Idiots all.

Food is good as any other Wendys but about every 5th or 6th order they mess it up somehow or forget food I ordered. We go there a lot but it gets frustrating when we get home and I’m missing food or they didn’t remove onions off my burger, which I’m allergic to.Posting a review because the last three times they messed up my order. They forgot fries on one order, forgot my 10-piece nuggets on another order, and left onions on both burgers on another order.
