We went through the drive thru to purchase the special Peanut Parfait, buy one get the 2nd for $.99 , on our DQ app. When we got to the window, we tried to pay with a DQ gift card. The cashier would not accept it saying we can’t do 2 discounts on the same order. Since when is a gift card a discount? We ended up paying with a credit card. We left and started eat them on our way home. We must have been given the last of the peanuts because there was so much salt with the peanuts they were hard to eat. We would have turned around but we were so tired from being at a car dealership all day.

We ordered delivery from this DQ tonight and are extremely disappointed and upset with the service. Although the food was as expected, but we didn't receive our drinks with the order or alerted to the food being delivered. I tried calling the store 5+ times but no one ever answered. The app also does not allow for communication for messed up orders. I want to be refunded for the absent drinks. LEARN TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

My kids love coming here. After a day if playing in the hot sun. This is the go to place.
Everytime I’ve gone there now they always tell me they are out of gravy whether it’s 4pm or 6pm or even two hours before closing. I’m sorry but if I’m paying that much for meals there than should get everything. It doesn’t take long to make gravy.
