I've been there fourtimes with, two excellent meals, one good meal and one poor meal. The Reuben and toasted roast beef sandwiches are destination worthy, the fish and chips and salads are really good as well. Typically generous portions. The good meal was when a Reuben was not nearly as meaty as the previous one had been. As with any restaurant, it can depend on who the cook was on that day. The only poor meal was when we got hamburgers. 1/2 pound patties that were so overcooked that they were bone dry, we got a replacement and it was not much different. I would like to think the cook was having a bad day. Will be back when in the area.

I love their food. My husband and I moved to the area in 2016. We kept driving by the place, but we were a bit leary. it looked like a rough place. But when we finally gave it a try, we were hooked. We'll come here twice a week sometimes. I haven't had a bad plate or service yet. I love their Shroom burger, Ruben, Chuck Wagon with french fries or tots (I use to hate Tots as a kid), Crispy Chick Salad for dinner or lunch. I am a French fries and Tots snob now. LoL. Sunday's I have to have my pancakes...I LOVE THEIR PANCAKES!!! 😄😆 To sum up, I would definately recommend this place! 1000% LOL

I have never had bad plate from JRs. I love their food. It is either their Swiss Mushroom burger, Chuckwagon, Rueben and tots, Crispy Chicken Salad or Pancake Combo...I LOVE THEIR PANCAKES!!!! LOL Pancake Sundays. 😆😜

If you can find it, it is worth going!! The service is friendly and great!! The decor is an excellent touch of locals, dollar bills on every free space, and just the right touch of Wild West roughness and toughness. Food is great and great selection of beers, too! Look around and enjoy!!
