I placed a pick up order and this is the second time i have dealt with the same barista. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional and she was the only one there at 1:00pm on sunday 8/13. I was waiting for her to acknowledge me to ask for a pup cup since my family and dog were in the car waiting. I had no problem whatsoever waiting for her to finish the orders that were ahead of me. I could have grabbed some items from the store while waiting. I do however have a problem being told she is too busy to even hear my request and that she had 6 orders ahead of me and no time to even find out what i wanted. As a customer service worker myself being rude and mean without cause is unacceptable and entirely unnecessary.

I usually prefer to support small businesses however a gift card brought me here. The service was great the strawberry açaí refresher was amazing, the bumble bee cake pop was meh, too sweet even for my kids and over priced in my opinion. I had to go through the drive thru twice because I forgot something so I ended up ordering the exact same thing twice. I must commend the baristas because the refresher was exactly the same both times. Looked the same and tasted the same and that in itself is not easy to do. Consistency is key in my opinion and I don’t see it often. When I have a relentless urge for a refresher again I will return here.

Just stopped for my almost daily caramel macchiato! Young girl with short curly hair complimented my makeup lol sounds silly but was so sweet and made my day!! She deserves all the praise 🧡

I went to Starbucks in Belfair this morning and the guy who took my order in the drive-through was very rude to me and I will not be returning to this location in the future. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere! I love many of the other workers who have been exceptionally nice but I will not chance going there and having him take my order EVER again! There are plenty of other coffee options available in this small town that I'd rather give my hard-earned money to from now on.
