Food was fine, the workers they hire absolutely astonish me. So unprofessional, they were just In the back laughing it up, when they finally come out, I as the customer am doing their job to say hi how are you, how’s your day and they couldn’t even do the same in return. Were very short with us, extremely uncomfortable atmosphere and I spent $40 coming here. Do better, you work in customer service.

Store looked clean and we'll stocked Staff was friendly and new manager was absolutely amazing during lunch rush while training a new employee! Sandwiches were perfection 👌 Nice changes to experience for sure!

I’m only giving the service and overall a review an extra star due to whom I assumed to be the manager. The gal who made and took my order was 19-24 short black hair and awful attitude. I enjoy friendly customer service especially when I present myself and my daughter that way. She was rude and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I was very unimpressed at the previous location and now that they have moved it does not seem like anything has changed. The gal who took over the transaction portion of the order was very nice however. I was very happy with our interaction, she seemed to be the only one working that was friendly in the slightest. A little customer service goes a long way

I guess you have to go home and chop your own salad now. A ton of lettuce, 2 slices of roast beef, whole tomatoes and a dash of shredded cheese 🤔 cookies were good though
New location looked nice, When we walked in and started our order we were told the manager had told the employees they don't accept any coupons any more. Since the last round of menu changes we haven't been in but once a month. This was probably the last try. I can't say if the food is good or if they can make a sandwich in less than 10 minutes now(my only complaint at the old location was the lack of efficiency).
