Call me old fashioned, but I thought this was just another bakery. They have many unique items. I really like the pastry items which offered a treat at a better than the cost of a meal, when you are not hungry but would like a treat to eat. Would recommend a visit when in a mood to try something new. Only wish the coffee lines were not so long....

The food is delicious and very fresh. However, the employees are very grumpy and unfriendly. The chairs were upside down on the tables at 9:15 a.m., which is a while after they opened and the lady who fixed the table for us was really unwelcoming.

I had a disappointing experience picking up a pre-ordered Christmas cake. Initially, I stood in the regular checkout line, unaware there was a dedicated line for pre-order pickups. Once I noticed, I moved to the pre-order line, where I stood directly in front of the cashier. Despite this, I was completely ignored, and they continued serving customers in the regular checkout line—even those who were originally behind me.
This was frustrating and felt very unorganized. If the pre-order pickup line isn’t going to be used properly, it shouldn’t be set up in the first place. This experience left me very dissatisfied, especially during a busy holiday season when efficient service matters most.

The lines are way too long! They don't have enough workers!!! There was just one cashier and one worker doing drinks and refilling pastries. Absolutely ridiculous.
