Love this little cafe so much drinks are great, the seasonal ones are so fun! I love coming here whenever I can which is not very often, so many treats to choose from they also sell loves of bread and mooncakes. But I go for the individual treats the only thing is the do run out fast so you must get there early. But usually they are restocking during the day which is nice.

There was a language barrier. I ordered 2 cookies and cream puddings and 2 White chocolate strawberry puddings. I only got the cookies and cream and instead of the white chocolate strawberry they gave me 2 pieces of cake.... Might I suggest bringing your customers to the cold case so we can point at what we would like, thus bridging the gap between the language barrier. Plus making it less stressful for the poor cashier. I really wanted that pudding and it's hard for me to come back with my disabilities.

Bellevue location can be doing way better!“Maybe next time you can try being a little bit more careful” this was said to a older gentleman who was trying to help, after a child, knocked down the entire napkin holder at this location. I think the staff was in the wrong to speak to any customer like this, especially someone who was actually helping a child after they made a mistake.If I could give Service, zero stars, I would, and some other constructive feedback is the bathrooms were gross.What they are doing well is having a well stocked, bakery selection, and the drinks and food are on point with other location standard.
