Alexis Paige was extremely helpful and patient during my check-in process. I was a part of a larger group and our reservations were a bit of a mess. She got things sorted out and when I had checked into my room, I learned that the heating was not working. She promptly found me another room on the same floor (as I had students staying in other rooms) and helped me move rooms. Alexis was incredible!

Clean, convenient hotel located within close proximity of businesses and shops. Was pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was given that it faced the street - the windows are decently thick and couldn’t hear any outside noise. The room I stayed in contained both a small fridge and a microwave, which was useful. The elevators are slightly slow, but I stayed on the second floor close to the stairs so wasn’t really an issue.Walkability: Ton of excellent restaurants, shops, and businesses within walking distance. Everything from grocery stores to a mall are all within a 5-10 minute walk.

Very surprised by their service from the very starting from the valet parking individual. The reception was very attentive. The room was modern and comfy. The bathroom finishes are amazing that made me feel if to sleep there or not, jk. Overall, every detail and service was a really good experience. We were ignored twice when requesting the house keeping service. And when I come to request a solution for that from a front desk. The front desk yelled at me ask me get out of her face. This is so ridiculous that happen to a customer. We were loyal to Marriot previously and we were platinum member. But I was so disappointed and I am considering leave Marriot.

Nice place. Breakfast is great. Ask for freshly baked Belgium waffles. Yummi. Dinner and any dishes from the bar are basically overpriced convenient food. Not bad but you rather have dinner in a restaurant nearby. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Room service is ok - with some room for improvement. Hotel is decent with a few quirks. Service though wasn't great and felt like it was non existent. Wasn't acknowledged at all for my elite Marriott status and was assigned a terrible room on the 2nd floor with a view of the roof outside the window. Went right back down and they moved me to a different floor which was appreciated. Room layout is fairly standard and decently appointed. The designer or owner who approved the stainless steel bathroom door frames must absolutely hate their housekeeping staff. Fingerprints galore everywhere. Cleanliness was average at best. The kicker was the morning at check-out housekeeping knocked on my door at 845, then again at 1130 even though I had the do not disturb on. When I left the room I was hassled by housekeeping staff asking me what room I was checking out of. Check out time is noon and I shouldn't be hassled out the door.

Overall stay was ok. I wouldnt recommend it for a long stay as the rooms seem to be quite small. I know they are moving toward a modern, chic look but there is a serious lack of storage space in the rooms, no real drawers. The hotel was incredibly clean and in a great walking distance from the mall, park and restaurants. I found the staff to be helpful and professional. I wish there was a self-park option but the valet were always quick, friendly and professional! Cute trendy bar in the lobby as well and some soft seating. My mobile key never worked which was a bit frustrating.

I decided to splash and go for one of the best hotels I could find and I wasn’t let down a single bit. All the staff were very friendly, the room I was in was spotless when I arrived and the breakfasts they serve were a great start to each day!

The Velet here are great, you just text the 6 diget code on the top right corner of your claims check to the number provided and they will have your vehicle ready and waiting for you when you get down to the lobby. Comfortable stay at the heart of Bellevue. There are plenty of restaurants and shops and things to do nearby. I was impressed with the entirety of the hotel and fitness room, which were kept very clean. Rooms were comfortable, and the AC worked well, but I was annoyed that the bathroom and bed area weren't separated by a closeable door. The only thing I hated about the hotel was the expensive parking per night rate, and above all, the very loud, screechy sound the garage doors made all throughout the night, which I could hear from my second floor room. The screeches were super loud and sound a lot like screaming so it freaks you out every time you're woken up by the sound of the garage. Or maybe it was the sound of the elevator? I didn't ask for a different room since I only stayed two nights but next time I think I'll ask for a room in floors above the 2nd.
