Pho is good, above average pho in Seattle.
Service is soooooo slow and with no emotion at all. I understand it is a busy day but everything is just below average GIVEN such circumstance. It may be easier to make it self-serving such as water, ordering, serving.

Good vibes, Christmas-y music.
Tried out the vegetarian options. Tofu banh mi was really good, great balance of flavourful tofu, veggies and sauces.
Pho was decent, good for winter days!

Came here on a packed Friday night and really enjoyed the meal! Our server was friendly and quick despite being the only one handling the serving and cashing out, with every table being occupied.
We ordered the steak and brisket pho, the combo pho, and the pork banh mi. The combo pho was delicious, with a broth surprisingly more rich than the steak and brisket pho (I guess the extras imparted a lot of good flavor to the broth). Both bowls came with plenty of meat and noodles.
The banh mi was a miss. The flavors were there, but they weren’t balanced, and the pork was not cooked right — no color or char to the pork, still wet with marinade and having an unpleasant chew from the weird outer texture. They were generous with the meat, but the sweetness from the sauce overpowered each bite, with random spikes of heavy salt that made me reach for the water. Considering how busy it was, I am guessing that they may have overcrowded the pan or grill while cooking the pork, because it really tasted more like it was steamed or boiled. Bread was great, however, and I think they could easily transform this banh mi into a perfect sandwich.
Overall I am a fan. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I visited this restaurant over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. The grilled pork vermicelli bowl was flavorful, the meat was marinated perfectly, and the vegetables were super fresh. Even the dessert was delicious! The space is cozy and nicely decorated—it almost feels like dining in Saigon. A must-try for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese food.

Was told we'd have to wait for 10-15 minutes for a table of 3, but we waited for around 5 minutes. Interior seems nice and small. Has drawers instead of the normal kind of chopstick and spoon holders. There are no sauce plate things. Seems short staffed (only 2 people). Didn't interact with them much. The cups are short and the milk tea ($6) here is only around $1 cheaper than Happy Lemon, so I didn't order one. Had to wait 11 minutes to get water, which came in plastic cafe-like cups and black plastic straws (which were wet). Waited another 13 to get the vegetables that I'd skip anyway. Also got our pho at the same time. Total waiting time: 24 minutes. Noodles were hard and needed to be mixed manually, so I suspect they were instant pho noodles. The pho itself was standard, but I got more meat than I expected, so that was good. No tendons, though. Pho was a bit less pricey here ($16)

A very hearty atmosphere, nice and tidy, the man manning the place gave me my sandwich while I was waiting and it was amazing, couldn't ask for more.

This place is a gem! I've never had pho with such fresh and high quality ingredients, and with no msg taste to the broth - it's delicious and tastes like it's home cooked. The banh mi is very good too, I think they make the bread in house. They also have excellent bubble tea, and other fancy iced drinks. Really nice owners too!

If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Vietnam, this is the spot. Their Bánh Mì is absolutely amazing — perfectly crusty bread on the outside, soft on the inside, just like the traditional street sandwiches you find in Saigon. The pate and pickled veggies are balanced beautifully, and the fresh cilantro brings that true Vietnamese flavor to life. The pho here tastes truly authentic. The broth is rich, clear, and full of depth — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours the traditional Vietnamese way. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs bring everything together. Easily one of the best bowls of phở I’ve had in the U.S. Highly recommended!
