They have really good produce ! I go there every other day and they just hire security young guy and I'm sure they need him but little guy got attitude. Soo rude he wants to make sure I paid for my stuff or something he blocked me on the way out looking in my cart. I rather to to H&M market in Redmond town center from now on.cant Stan little due.

Horrible customer treatment and discrimination on Asians from this store's security staffs. My mom is a 90 years old who has been shopping in this store almost every week for the last 6 years. Today at 3:30 p.m., my mom got handcuffed by this store's security for her suspicious shoplifting. She cannot speak English. She put $11 worth bamboo shoots in her bag accidentally in the shopping cart when she had to run to the restroom, then totally forgot them when she checked out. No one ever asked her if she forgot that. When she walked outside of the store to the car, the store security rudely handcuffed her and brought her back to the store even though she begged to talk to me, her son, first. They later committed that she was innocent and released her. She paid everything she forgot ?total $11) after, of course. Well, they refused to apologize to this incident and insisted they did right based on the law. One security supervisor even wanted to bet money on his interpretation of the law. Never heard anyone can bet on the law. That is totally not acceptable as a loyal customer before. First, we will never ever shop in this store anymore. No customer obsession at all. Discrimnating Asians though called Asian food market. Second, we are pursuing law assistance to protect our rights against this store and the security they hired.

There was an older gentleman that I asked where lumpia wrappers were, he pointed me in the direction and waited to make sure I found them,also pointing out different options. I always use a certain wrap but appreciated him putting in the time and effort to help me.Great customer service.

I recently visited this store with the intention of purchasing some fish, and I must say, they have an impressive selection. While their focus is mainly on freshwater fish, they do offer a decent variety of saltwater fish as well. The store was clean, and there were plenty of options to choose from. After selecting a couple of fish, I took some time to explore the store, and I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse range of international products they had available. Additionally, I picked up some drinks, which turned out to be quite good. Overall, if you're in need of fish or international items, I recommend stopping by this store. You won't be disappointed.

Great prices on Asian style groceries, especially the produce. Do be prepared to do a lot of cleaning of the vegetables though. Has lots of random selection of imported food which means every trip has something new to check in on. Parking situation gets gnarly during peak hours and checkout lines can take forever.
Where is my duck head and neck??????????I paid for whole parts. They just took head and long neck away.

Fantastic location for asian ingredients. Whenever I want to cook traditional E/SE asian dishes, this is my go-to grocer. Good balance between different cuisines and stocked ingredients.No self checkout, if thats a deal breaker for you.

Bought a cake there and found out the whole cake is covered in mold. Fell super sick overnight. Went back to the store and all the staff could do was just dismissing me with a $4 refund. Never go back again. Not that they care losing a customer
