Bake's Place Bar & Bistro

Attended a company dinner party here and the food and cocktails were amazing! I truly enjoyed my old fashion and the buffet style dinner we had. The fried cauliflower and coconut shrimp were my favorite! I cannot wait to come back!

We arrived during the snow storm so half our group didn't make it. But we were seated in the closed patio which was lovely and quiet so we could talk. We had the Kobe sliders from the happy hour menu and brussel sprouts from the regular menu. Both were delicious. I had a special cocktail I think it was called Rye Tai which came in a cool jug.

Thank you Chris and Team for another amazing evening in the Bake's. If anyone wondering... the food is sooo good... highly recommend AHI Tuna, Burger (both my favs) and last night tried some new meal with Mozzarella Burrata served on salad - I couldn't stop eating, so good! Compliments to the Chef!

The food and service were perfection. I had expected a classic rock cover band but I had not expected a bunch of rap songs, which I honestly can't stand. This is, of course, is a matter of taste but had I known I would be subjected to this I would not have chosen to celebrate New Year's Eve there. I do love the venue and will return for the fabulous food and some good jazz!

The drinks and the appetisers were delicious, but entrees such as chicken pillard and sea bass were subpar which kind of ruined the whole experience for us. They do have event nights which is a great way to enjoy the evening, therefore reservations are required.
I would definitely go back for the drinks but not anything else.

The food was so delicious! We ordered, Fresh Burrata Plate- 10/10 Chicken Paillard- looked tasty, sister gave it a 10/10 Petit Teres Filet- 100% recommend! I need this again! Music was perfect, not too loud so we could still chat about our tasty dinner

Great band - Nick Mardon Trio. Really really talented musicians. I can't wait to see them again. Food was good, sound level perfect.

Beautiful and refreshing lunch meal today at Bakes Place. The servers are helpful and kind. Chelsea, in particular, goes above and beyond, making guests feel taken care of. I really recommend the food, and the restaurant's space is ample and well-lit, with a stage, making it an excellent location for hosting meetings with a speaker, such as the Bellevue Rotary Club.

It was a disappointment for me and my wife. I booked a table for two for the music floor reasonably in advance (2+ weeks). I had clearly mentioned the special occasion in my reservation as my wife's birthday dinner date, but it did not turn out the way I thought it would. When we showed up (in spite of being on time) we were offered bar tables even after advanced reservation which clearly wasn't intended for a date setting for us. We had to settle for a tiny table upstairs with no direct view of the music stage. Also food did not live up to the mark. The thai curry we we ordered had half cooked vegetables. Having said the above, music that we could only hear was amazing!

What a great venue to meet up with friends, eat some great food with drinks. And listen to awesome live music. Great service all night and the Tom Petty tribute band did not disappoint!

Excellent music venue, but shows are way too short. Rushed to eat dinner before the music starts. We (and many of our other friends who attend the shows) agree that we don't like dining while bands are playing, too hard to focus on food, drink and the band.

What a fun place. Food was really good. We enjoyed brussels, scallops, and steak. It's not a huge venue and we were pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. Service was top notch. We will definitely go again!

We went for the live music, but the drinks and food were delicious as well. Great atmosphere. People were up out of their seats, dancing between the tables. Everyone having a lot of fun.

Would definitely recommend this place, it was our favourite place when we visited Bellevue. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by friendly faces instantly making us feel at home. I would definitely recommend booking on an entertainment night as it can get busy, although the first time we visited they still managed to accommodate us. The food is amazing and the service is second to none. We wanted to especially mention Yuri as he went above and beyond. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we can’t wait to return when we are next visiting.
