Went here quite a few times while I was in town - I'm a Taro fan so I would really recommend the Taro Lover and Taro waffles, both are great. Decor is great and they have an arcade machine, which is fun. Indoor seating is quite limited, however. Also, different people work on different days, and some of them have worse service than others.

Reply to Eric W. of Bambu in Bellevue. My reviews are 100 percent my opinions and experiences of going into the establishment and utilizing the locations in my vicinity. Ratings are based on the CUSTOMERS experience. I will not apologize for having stomach issues after consuming your beverages it happened to me and to my son. Never had stomach issues with drinks from any other location. Clearly you are confused when you claim I only bought 1 drink, every time I stop into a Bambu it is customary for me to order several Che drinks at one time because I like trying different Bambu desserts --on this visit to the Bellevue location I ordered 3 drinks. I also wasn't in and out in minutes because I had to wait as your staff was dropping drinks and laughing about how they had the wrong beverages and what a mess they were making bumping into each other preparing drinks. When your establishment gets a 1 star review maybe take the suggestions/critique and improve on what customers are telling you. I enjoy Bambu just not your Bellevue location because the menus are all over the place and it is confusing to ME. Obviously you weren't on site supervising your staff or experiencing my experience. I remember the employee working the register and she was touching everything with her hands with gloves on and off. The other location I went to got a low rating based on customer service because she was rude and that was a well deserved low rating as well. Don't blame customers for speaking the truth. Change your protocols and be better.

Great place for Che (Traditional Vietnamese Deserts)!! Owners a very kind and welcoming! If your in the Bellevue area and craving a sweet refreshing drink, hit this place up!

Fun little cafe with arcade games and a poppy vibe. I tried the Bambu Favorite, good jelly with coconut milk. Also tried the pandan waffle with chocolate and sweet condensed milk dip. Recommend!

Best customer service ever! We placed an order through UberEats but there was no driver available in the area and Bambu closes at 5pm. Maya contacted me at 5:30pm and arranged a drop off because we didn't have a car to pick up. With the risk of my order got canceled and will get a refund, Maya didn't even hesitate and make sure I got my order first. I'm waiting for UberEats to get back to me on how to handle this on their end but the customer service we received was outstanding!!! And thank you for the extra merchandise Maya!

I am not quite sure but reading the reviews I am pretty confident that this place is lacking consistency. I was asked how the drinks look to which I was dumbfounded! I guess, 5 stars for the aesthetics but nothing for taste! I was told, to which I can attest, as well that the drinks reek of powder mix. In fairness, I was not even expecting mine to be all-natural but to make matters worse, my drink was reeking of SUGAR. All I can think of was ending my misery and envisioning how grossly fun it is to just be downing and drowning in California & Hawaiian Sugar! Props to the pleasant staff, nice clean interior and mini mochi!

TLDR: dessert drinks!Chè are lightly sweetened dessert drinks and are supposed to be eaten that way. Don't expect flavor blastin' knock your teeth out sweetness. It's meant to be lightly refreshing and "guilt" free haha despite all the jellies.Parking: no street parking available nearby--you can park in the H-Mart parking lot and cross the street.Whoa does this place load up on toppings!I think this is the best Bambu location I've been to yet! My #4 Summer Delight was fully loaded and dare I say it, I kinda feel like I wish it had a little more coconut juice haha. It was delicious!

They have so many options and you can customize!They have information readily available for you to read, what's what, what do things taste like, what's popular. But you could also ask the staff.The woman who helped us we friendly and helpful.I purchased 3 drinks for myself and two for my friend. It was fun to try all the new drinks. Definitely recommend their namesake drink. But also only recommend purchasing what you can finish in a couple hours. I wasn't able to get through the drinks fast enough.Good experience, plan to return.

My go to bubble tea place! Located at a very convenient place, reasonably priced and lots of varieties. I personally love their hot chocolate with boba in winters. Recommend to give it a try if you live in the neighborhood!
