As someone with roots in Banaras, I can confidently say this is by far the best Banarasi food experience you can have in the US. The flavors capture the essence of Banarasi rich culinary heritage, from its tangy chaats to Litti Chokha. The authenticity and attention to detail in these dishes are unmatched. This place is a true delight for anyone craving the flavors of Banaras abroad.
Food was outstanding, service was attentive without being rushed, and the ambience was definitely better than many Indian restaurants in the Seattle and Bellevue area. Menu is authentic Benarasi, and from the taste, one can understand that a lot of thought has gone into the menu items.
