Okay. I’m not much of a complainer, but as someone who’s currently in food service management I have to say something.

Environment is the store was just cold when we walked in (nevermind the actual temperature in the store.) Staff is lacking customer service skills, they look young and its food service so wasn’t expecting much, but at least a greeting when customers come in is always nice. No music playing either so you just hear the freezers and other...

Nice little store, I had a waffle bowl with 2 different flavor, one is chocolate almond, the other is pineapple coconut, it is delicious! The waffle is pretty crunchy, seems the waffle has cinnamon in it.
