I came here a few days ago and got the Flagship! The cheese was a pretty mellow flavor and the bread was buttered wonderfully. I really enjoyed the sandwich. I got it as a little snack- if you are looking for something a little more filling, I would opt for an option with more protein, but the Flagship is a great choice if you are not super hungry.

This place just ruins the Beecher’s brand. Anyone can make a tasty grilled cheese when using Beecher’s cheese, yet this place manages to make the worst grilled cheese sandwiches.

They barely put any cheese in them and the egg sandwich one even less. Tasteless egg too.

The freshly pressed sandwiches are very delicious, and the cheese is also delicious. Except that the preparation time is a bit long and the sandwich size is a bit small, there are no other problems. I saw many people on the scene asking for soup, and I will want to try it next time. The dining environment is in a mall

Awesome salmon with Mac and cheese

I was walking through the mall in my boots when I almost slipped near Beecher's handmade cheese. Apparently there was a food spill of cheesy noodles which staff didn't pick up. Cheese got all over my boots and dress. Do not recommend walking in this mall as they don't clean.

I’ve tried a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast bowl at 2 locations - Bellevue square and SeaTac Airport. They REALLY skimp on the protein. Sandwich was 90% bread. Bowl was 90% quinoa. Also wish they had a traditional pork sausage option. The chicken sausage is too sweet. Love their cheese and was really hoping for better from the brand.

After walking around quite a while and trying to find some food, my friends and i were frustrated by the fact that everything was closed for the holidays. We came across to this place at the mall, and let me tell youuuu. These sandwiches DID NOT disappoint. They were so good i got not one but TWO! The crispiness of the perfect sourdough bread, gourmet cheese… i mean i would definitely come back! My friends and i were satisfied. That’s the best feeling when you try something for the first time!

I’m from Atlanta and came to the mall to look around and was hungry for a bite to eat. I stopped here with some friends just expecting a little sandwich and coffee. But OMG I had the chicken sausage egg and cheese sandwich…..ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The bread was nice and crispy the sausage and egg was so tasty..that was A Sandwich! And my friend got the tomatoe soup and grilled cheese ..PLEASE TRY THIS TOO!!!
