Beecher's Handmade Cheese

Waited over 40 minutes. Did not get my order. Service at this location is poor.

I've been to the Beecher's at Pike Place before, and had the normal mac & cheese, so went with the smoked salmon variety here.
Don't know if I just got lucky - but the bowl was incredibly hot - I had to wait a minute for it to cool down before eating

Other than smoked salmon, the other difference from the normal mac & cheese is the garlic. This definitely adds an interesting flavor component
I think I actually like this more than the plain one. The same creaminess from the cheese is there, as is the perfect cook on the penne pasta. However,
the additional flavors of the salmon & garlic work really well so that you don't just taste plain cheese.

The downside is that I didn't like the actual salmon very much. It felt very overcooked and dry - definitely not what you're expecting out of smoked salmon. I'd be
surprised if this was actually smoked at all

It comes out to about $10 for an 8 oz cup, which is relatively filling
Overall, it's not a bad option for a quick lunch at Bellevue square, and if you're looking to try Beecher's without the line by the waterfront, would recommend coming here. 7.5/10

Good coffee, but way too pricey. A 12 ounce almond milk latte with two shots cost over eight dollars after tax.

Definitely no manager here. Employees scattered don't know what's going on

Chicken Mama Lils sandwich with one of their black tea lemonade is always a must for me when I make my way to Bellevue Square. To the WNBA that made my sandwich last. Perfectly toasted. Best one yet!

The food was wonderful but my experience was so horrible i can’t help but leave a 1 star review.
I bought a coffee from here the other day. I went to pick it up and the lid was on only superficially , scolding hot poured all over my hands. I literally have burns on my hands. I had this big painful reaction and the girl that was working at the coffee section looked at the whole scene and said absolutely nothing. I borrowed their towel to clean it all up and initially used it for some cold relief on my skin . When i was done cleaning she asked for the towel back and said “ please don’t take this towel from here!!”.
I asked her if she has any empathy whatsoever and left. I get that we all have hard days but if someone is injured in front of you is that the best you can do?

Visited during a slow hour on Tuesday around 11:15AM. Ordered the flagship sandwich, which was $12 after tax. The sandwich was small, was burnt around the edges, had next to zero cheese on it, and it only had tomatoes on one half of the sandwich. When I brought this issue up to the staff they offered to remake it for me but it already took around 10 minutes to receive my sandwich and I didn’t have time to wait for it a 2nd time. I asked if I could just get some fresh tomatoes to put on myself and was handed a single tomato slice in a cup. Very disappointing product and service for $12.

Sandwiches tasted good, long waits on weekends though.

The customer service really needs some work in this particular location. Those girls had the personality of a rock and were extremely unhelpful. They were told by a customer that the water dispenser was empty, so none of the customers could get a drink. They said they would go fill it up, but didn’t do it while I was there. They have a tiny grill that takes forever to melt the cheese into the bread for the sandwiches. They need to get a much larger flat grill if they are going to have a customer base of more than two people. The grilled cheese with turkey sandwich was disgusting.

I was excited to try the food cause I heard it was good but the customer service at Bellevue is disgusting. If you hate your job then don't work there and put your miserable self in front of customers.

Worst customer service ever…
