Visiting from California, I had heard all of the hype about Beecher's Mac and Cheese from my local Costco! The mac and cheese was really good but the service was even better for a packed Saturday! The gentleman at the front was very polite and kind! Overall 10/10 experience!
I've been to the Beecher's at Pike Place before, and had the normal mac & cheese, so went with the smoked salmon variety here.
Don't know if I just got lucky - but the bowl was incredibly hot - I had to wait a minute for it to cool down before eating
Other than smoked salmon, the other difference from the normal mac & cheese is the garlic. This definitely adds an interesting flavor component

Chicken Mama Lils sandwich with one of their black tea lemonade is always a must for me when I make my way to Bellevue Square. To the WNBA that made my sandwich last. Perfectly toasted. Best one yet!
