Bellden Cafe catered an event that our organization hosted and they were INCREDIBLE! Claire was helpful, responsive, organized, and such a pleasure to work with through the whole process. She met with me briefly to discuss the vision I had for our event and she created a perfect proposal for us. There was a variety of options for food and the on-site espresso machine really elevated our morning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone (especially the sourdough bagels!!) and they are at the top of my list for all future events. Thank you, Bellden!

I usually hate writing bad reviews but today me and my friend stopped by before work to get coffee and pastries but the lady in the register did not acknowledge us and there was a man in line ahead of us too we waited more than 10 min and she was just talking to the ladies for a really long time talking about random stuff like there is no people on line 🥲 we had to leave unfortunately because she acted like she didn’t see anyone else!

This is an extremely overpriced restaurant with very basic food. For some more amount, portage bay seattle’s a much better option that’s much more filling
Cozy cafe with good coffee and bites!

Amazing place with excellent food! Must try! They give a portion of their proceeds to charity which is pretty amazing ! Very cozy and warm environment.

Lovely interior with unique art displays and decorative florals. Love the toasts and the flower they’re presented with! Nothing special about the toast, yet prices are quite high (paid $25 for three slices of toast).

Solid spot for coffee and food! It can be challenging to find a good coffee shop that also has good breakfast options, but we were definitely thankful to find this place.

The Jazz Dinner at Bellden was such a fun, intimate evening. And Claire, the owner, really knows how to cook and present special food. We were there for a special, closed seating evening of great food and a jazz trio - a benefit to support high schoolers getting into jazz.

One day off, I wanted to go out to a cocooning place other than at home. French, the break is sacred ☺️ so thank you for offering this atmosphere, because it is very rare when I feel good in a cafe around here. The jazzy sound is good for the ears, the latte was delicious, the very warm welcome and the avocado toast really good!

The reason millennials can't afford to own homes is because of all the avocado toasts they eat. That's because the steep price of each piece includes the many ugly, brown, overripe avocados that were discarded in the search to find the perfect green flesh.
But I'm not complaining.
This place makes the best toasts I've had, including one with fresh seasonal fruits. It's the perfect spot to escape from everyday life and pretend you're the main character in a rom com right before she meets the charming investment banker.
The coffee was part of their charity drinks special - this one in particular donates 25% to Overlake Hospital.
The servers are the sweetest, most helpful people you'll meet. Mine even saved me from a lactose intolerant nightmare by asking me if I wanted something instead of regular milk in my coffee. An Angel sent from Heaven.
I've seriously considered moving into the apartment building just so I could work from this coffee shop everyday.
