I came here for a nice scoop of Americone Dream in a waffle cone, and I was not disappointed. Somehow, seeing this store here felt comforting: it reminded me fondly of my time in the Northeast. There is not a lot of room in the shop, but that makes it more charmingly quaint, like the little unassuming storefronts I always look for when I am downtown in a city, and it felt nice amidst the cavernous immensity of this mall. Walking around anywhere with a bit of Ben and Jerry's is always pleasant, and my experience here was no exception.

It was a free cone day on April 08, 2025 at Ben and Jerry's. They have eggs in their ice cream except these 3 flavors: cookie dough, chocolate chips and lemonade. I had the chocolate chip ice cream and it was simply delicious with the right amount of sweetness.

Ben & Jerry's is a typically reliable ice cream option anywhere you go, and this place is no different. The flavors are all pretty good, and the ice cream is pretty dense. I'm a big fan of the PB Smores, since I like peanut butter cups. Yes, you can likely buy the flavors at three grocery store (they're pretty well available), but it's nice to have a store where you can sample flavors, or get things like shakes and such. I may have other preferred ice cream options nearby, but this place is still a solid choice.

Worker maybe owner wasn't very pleasant. He did supply the sample however, did not seem happy at all while doing so. My children noticed the unfriendly behavior. He did not smile at us, or discuss the flavors. We ordered, he put the total in the card machine and walked away advising me to swipe the card. No thank you, have a good evening, nothing. There could have been a number of reasons for this behavior, a bad day, didn't want to serve people who looked like myself, I don't know. Icrecream was tasty.

Never been to an actual Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop. It was such a cute shop. I always buy their small pints at the store. I don’t believe I remember ever seeing one in California so this was pretty cool.
There was only one guy working at the shop and he was very nice. I got a scoop of their strawberry cheesecake. Loved it! It was sweet and creamy. All i needed was a scoop.

Customer service was unprofessional and the scoop they gave is unacceptable! They charged more than $6 a scoop and it was not even a full scoop! The employee scooped it very light handed! The ice cream is good but the scoop size needs to be better!

I ended up with getting some kind of caramel based ice cream with chunks. It was a little too sweet and I closed my eyes when I paid.
Small space with overworked employee trying to keep up with orders. Prices seemed high for the scoop size.

Ordered scoop of chocolate fudge ice cream and it had a big piece of plastic on it. When I mentioned to them, they didn’t even seem to care or refund. I threw the ice cream cup in front of them. Food safety super must. What if a kid had got the same piece and had eaten it without knowing.
