Pretty good Ben and Jerry's! They should've had more than one person working the entire store, but the person who was was doing great. I love the multiple non dairy ice cream options as well as the (presumably new) shorbet/smoothie option.

Ordered ice cream cake. On line order process is easy as was pickup. Communication could be better. Wanted to move back pickup date by 1 day and couldn't reach anyone by listed phone number or get a response by responding to email listed in confirmation email. Knock 1 star for that. Otherwise--it is one of the places where the ice cream cake isn*only* ice cream. No cake (unlike cold stone) which is what we prefer as we aren't big fans of cake.

I go in here often. What can I say I love ice cream and normally I have such a pleasant experience. Not tonight I was told they were out of a flavor. She didn’t even look but she told me she was out of churros so I said OK I’ll pick something else and then I went and looked and the churros was right there, so she came back to me a couple minutes later and said yes what do you want? I said oh I see you have the churros can I have that. And she proceeded to tell me well that’s kind of Hella hard to scoop. And then acted like I was twisting her arm, and it was just the worst experience to help me in the whole world so I walked out, told her never mind and left. Not happy.

Absolutely terrible. Our family came in and each ordered one scoop. The scoops were incredibly small. Like 1/4 of a cup in each cup. I said something and the employee said the ice cream was hard to scoop. Each scoop was 6.25 each. We walked into the mall to eat our ice cream and all 4 flavors were freezer burnt. It was nasty. We paid almost 30.00 for 4 scoops of icecream that went into the garbage after two bites. So maddening- we might we well have flushed 30.00 down the toilet.

We always stop here after shopping. Every single time they have been giving a big scop and I have not complained tipping. I have always walked all the way to my car eating the ice cream. That is how I know the quantity I have been giving in the past. Not today. The girl with curly dark hair told me there is no chocolate or strawberry. My daughter pointed at the chocolate one. I told her I wanted a sugar cone and I pointed the one I wanted. She went ahead and decided I wanted the cone with chocolate at the bottom. When she gives me the cone I thought it was a sample because the scoop was so small! She of course showed me the pad to pay and I happily declined the tip. She looked at it and did not tell me thank you. No! I gladly did not tip her because she gave me a small scoop. My daughter's cup had also very small scoop too. We finished it in less than 20 steps after leaving the store. Blah.

I loved it. The employees were amazing... The minute we walked in the door we were offered samples of the ice cream . And on top of that there were some amazing flavors that you don't see in the stores for sale that are exclusive to their shop.

en and Jerry's ice cream parlor is a place that I have a love-hate relationship with. On one hand, I absolutely adore their company and the values they stand for. Their commitment to sustainability and social responsibility is truly commendable, and it makes me feel good about indulging in their delicious ice cream. However, I must admit that I struggle to spend more than five minutes in their shop due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. Don't get me wrong; I understand that a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere is part of their charm. But sometimes, it feels like the staff takes it a bit too far, and it ends up impacting the overall experience. Despite these shortcomings, I can't deny the sheer joy that comes from indulging in a scoop of their unique flavors. And to be honest, the ice cream itself is the reason I keep coming back, despite the frustrations with the service. In conclusion, Ben and Jerry's is a company I genuinely adore for their values and the delectable ice cream they create. But if you're looking for a quick and efficient ice cream stop, you might want to grab a pint from the grocery store instead. Just be prepared to overlook a bit of unprofessionalism in exchange for a truly delightful ice cream experience.

Subpar. Not very clean. Ice cream tasted like it came from a gas station. Not interested.

Came in for my birthday scoop - was craving something refreshing so I opted for the lemonade sorbet. My daughter got dirt cake. Both were delicious, as is most Ben and Jerry's ice cream, but my daughter and I were melting over the lemonade sorbet. It was exactly the tang and sweetness we wanted!
