So good! Atmosphere feels cozy to me on this rainy day. The toasted bagel is incredibly light and crispy for the Turkey deli I ordered. The dark brew coffee by Brewster's is really good. This is a very nice lunch no spot.

I came in with a friend and asked to get a drink for myself and for my friend and a muffin. Just 3 items, not 300. The place was empty. The guy took the order and said it's $18+, which I thought was a bit excessive for 2 cups of coffee and a muffin, but I just sat down to talk to my friend. Next thing you know he's bringing us 3 drinks, 2 identical and the one I ordered. I told him it was wrong, we ordered to eat in, why would we get 3 drinks for 2 people. I realize we could, but at least use some logic and double-check. Anyway, clearly he screwed up and overcharged me. The fact that he misheard and overcharged can be understood, can happen to anyone, but once he found out we didn't want an extra drink - he simply took it away and what? Nothing! He didn't offer to give us a refund or in some way make up for his mistake. Absolutely NOT the way to do customer service or handle errors by the staff like that. The coffee wasn't bad, so that's why I gave 2 stars, otherwise even that would've been too many.

Been a while since I’ve been here. I remember a pleasant woman running the shop during my previous visits.Came in today after its stated opening hours. No person at the cashier. Bagel maker told me he doesn’t know how to use the machine. Cool. I wait. After 15 min, no one shows so I get up to leave. A young guy walks in and I ask “do you work here?” Curt response “yeah” and walks by me. No apology, nothing. Get my bagels and leave.Takes years to develop loyal customers and one bad interaction to lose them. ✌️ out

Absolutely the worst turkey and havarti bagel sandwich. The turkey was mushy and was if it had been soaking water. Wet and soggy turkey. It had no flavor at all. A prepackage turkey cold cut would have been better than this. Tomato was mushy. No flavor at all to this sandwich. Never again for me. When I walked up to the register to order the first thing out of the clerks mouth was "we close in 8 minutes". Not a real good greeting or way to start. Unfortunately consumers do have a choice.

Been coming here for a few months now - Turkey & havarti is the best. Yeah, customer service might be short but service is fast & the quality is great every time.

I walked in at 2:58. Next the guy says (after talking about food options) "oh, it's 3 now. Sorry we're closed" (after wiping his hands on his greasy forehead). As I walk out I note that I will leave a review to which he sarcastically responds: "have a nice daaaaaay." Asian man. Hope the owners see this 8/27/23 3:05 pm.

AMAZING BAGELS... so fresh! I was traveling for work...when i travel i try to find local spots that i do not have back home...and this is hidden gem...tucked in a small shopping plaza.. it doesnt look like much but it is EVERYTHING......
