The Matcha was great — smooth, fresh, and served at the right temperature. They have a good variety of drinks, including specialty lattes and teas. I also tried one of their pastries, which was very sweet but delicious.😁
I went there at 5p.m. on Saturday. They had only two kinds of waffles so I ordered latte and a cup of tiramisu. After I tasted the tiramisu, I realized it was from Costco. The latte was good though.

I'll be honest... I accidentally took the wrong turn in Seattle and took the 520 toll bridge LOL!!! I thought, eh, I'm already going to Bellevue, let's get some matcha. I chose Café Joy as I knew there would be plentiful public library parking. FWIW, I used to work in Bellevue so I know all of the best parking areas
