Heavily understaffed with every bagel taking over 30 mins. So its good place if you havea ton of time, but not a quick bagel place.

Serves subpar, We ordered two bagels with smear, fresh veggies, and cheese. The veggies were not fresh, cucumber and tomatoes soggy, and lettuce was ok. Very disappointing in the menu Change and food itself. Not sure if we will be back.

The lady taking my order was acting like I was dumb for not knowing about the menu change. Like okay i’m sorry? She didn’t even make eye contact with me and was looking around like she was impatient when i was asking about the discontinued french toast bagel. New menu sucks, why get rid of half of the bagel flavors?

Prices have been raised significantly, a sausage egg and cheese sandwich was $7.95 and is now $9.95. No longer worth it

They lost my in store order
Waited for 20 minutes like a fool
Then spoke to the casheir and was told they didn't print out my order ticket
Eneded up spending 30 minutes to wait for a breakfast sandwich
No apology or anything for the clerks
Really bad service

Your Valentine’s Day team was obviously understaffed, with a line that never ended, and they did amazing. Give em all a raise.
I always have a great experience at Blazing Bagels, but this team was running around, making the freshest breakfast sandwiches, and being really nice no matter how busy they were.

Fast and friendly service. Even though it was busy, the line moved quickly.

Food that I received was good, but it took 20 minutes after an online order was supposed to be ready to get it. Apparently online orders have to ring the bell to let them know to make the food, despite no clear signage. The sign said “ring the bell for service” which didn’t indicate they wouldn’t make my food until I did. Once they made it, one of the workers set it aside for another 5-10 minutes where the hot sandwich got cold. The worker at the register gave me an additional bagel and cream cheese as an apology, but when I got home I also found one of the bagels I ordered was the wrong flavor.
I can appreciate the gluten free bagel option, which my boyfriend enjoyed, but service and their setup is lacking. I find it hard to blame the workers when customers don’t know what to do, but I also was looking forward to breakfast and it feels ruined slightly.

I honestly don’t know what to do now that my pumpernickel, pumpernickel rye, and even rye bagels have been discontinued. Seriously what?!? These were always sold out. Please bring them back. Until then, we have to find a new bagel place! So sad! I’m super disappointed Blazing Bagels!

I ordered an open-faced Zoe Zuckerberg and paid an extra $2 for the privilege. Sure I got double the tomato and possibly double the onions and cream cheese, but they basically took one serving of the lox and just split it up between both sides. No capers, either. Pretty disappointing if they're going to offer an open-faced option and then skimp on the main ingredient.

Typical sub shop with a few more ingredients than the others, its also a bit pricey compared to others, faster than most sub shops as well as fresher than all of them.

I loved the poppy seed bagels. Apparently they no longer sell this! This is super sad. Will not be coming here any more and looking for alternatives. Also will recommend my work to source bagels somewhere else where poppy seeds are available. Otherwise the food here was always excellent even though a bit pricey.
