The people preparing the drink were running out of boba and instead of being honest and telling me that they gave me such a small amount that I actually had to go back and tell them that this was not acceptable. Afterwards, they gave me just a small amount of different boba to make up for it but it was still way less than what I usually get when I go to other boba places. I felt like it was pretty dishonest, and I doubt that I'll go back again.

Always have a good experience here! Generally get tea and smoothies, always made perfectly, and everyone is always friendly. Plus, more affordable compared to other boba places. What more could you ask for?

You will find this inside the Crossroads Mall on the outside of the food court. People that love boba tea find that this is a safe go-to when they want to be sure they are going to get a good boba...not necessarily the best they have had, but a good one. It is always consistent. Service is like all the other food vendors in the mall. They do not smile and you are lucky if they even great you. They seem to be there to do the minimum and collect their paycheck. But so many places seem like that these days. Not sure you would have a different experience at another place. Ambiance...well, it is a food court. They do a pretty good job of keeping it cleaned up with clean tables and free of garbage. I would say, get it to go and enjoy it somewhere nicer. It is a safe bet. Go for it!!

Neve ever going here again. Got a popcorn chicken that only came with 6 pieces and they said that's normal. Absolutely not, this is horrible

The drinks here are amazing. I love the jasmine green tea. Every time I have been they have been so helpful and kind. The location is in a food court surrounded by other amazing places.

I used to buy a cup of papaya milk here every time I came here before. However, the papaya milk I had this evening had no papaya flavor at all. It only tasted like milk. The color was not orange-yellow like before but rather white. It’s not worth the price at all.

By far one of the best boba I’ve drank. However, I truly believe which drink you order, I always order the passion fruit milk tea as I suggest you do too. The flavored milk teas are the only think on their drinks menu which is good. There is a catch though, the mango one is veryyy sweet so be aware. However the biba and lychee jelly have ab amazing texture. Lastly, the popcorn chicken also slays :) this place is also very cheap compared to others

I'm leaving two stars, because I used to like it, but I can never, ever go again. Preface: the first sip seemed to have some ice bits in it. I was happily sipping and then I looked down and saw a fruit fly on my straw. Eww. But at that point the tea was below the plastic covering, and I saw it...a bunch of fruit flies IN MY DRINK!!! Those were not ice bits I drank! How does one prepare that and not see a ton of fruit flies?

We love their taro milk tea. Have for years.But. It has taken me a while to get around to writing this review. but I am writing this in public interest. A couple of years ago, I decided to get the popcorn chicken. And I cannot tell you how disgusting it tasted. There was something wrong with it to the point that it tasted VILE. Like ABSOULUTELY disgusting and the taste lingers in my mouth at the memory of this. I had only to take a SMALL bite of this for it to happen. So it must have been rotting or something ? I dont know honestly what could have caused it. Whatever it was has turned me off from eating popcorn chicken in this life ever again. (I used to love the spice and always used to get this)

The best popcorn chicken. A right sized hearty snack for one (or a shareable snack for two), comes out hot, crunchy, and seasoned to your liking. (Note: "very spicy" is actually quite accurate. It won't melt your face off but you'll feel the heat for sure.) Staff were polite and thorough; warning me that the fried food will take some time to prepare. Not much for ambiance but it's a mall food court and under ten bucks so it's a 5-star experience for the price point.
