Very polite customer service! I ordered a veggie rice bowl with a fried egg, and it was ready within 8 minutes. Food was enjoyable, my only complaint is the sauce I got was tiny, and you have to pay for a refill on a fountain drink. but, my portions were big for the price, considering it's bellevue, and I got full so quickly from my portion!

Food tastes ok, but the portion sizes are very little. Not worth it. Across the street, Chinese combo plate was half the price of the combo plate here (including tax).
Upon calling out to the vendor, she suggested ordering more next time :(

Fantastic plate of beef bulgogi very friendly customer service. I did a walk around of the mall to see the options and the lady behind the counter was the only one to say Hi. That’s the reason I walked back around.

Ever since Island Grill came in, I have been going there instead because their dishes are larger and better quality, especially the short ribs. But this place still has decent spicy pork plate/bowl so if I'm in the mood for something spicy I will come here.

Overpriced. Got to pay for even just a little kimchi! Food was OK nothing to write home about I could have done better. Bottom line…there are better places in that mall that serve more food for your money. Gave 3 stars to be polite.

This is a take-out counter at the Crossroads Mall in Bellevue. Terrific and friendly service and excellent fresh-made food.
