Did a take-out, so I can't comment on the service nor the atmosphere. I ordered the standard Classic and Tuna Mayo kimbap to get a feel for the taste and quality.

While the presentation was nice, and I could definitely see the care put into the packaging, both kimbaps were overwhelmingly salty&sweet (I'd say Classic kimbap was worse due to over-seasoning of the Krab meat), to the point where they provided that quick hit of flavor but left me needing a lot of water soon after. It's not the kind of seasoning that enhances the dish, but more of an overpowering level that detracts from enjoying the meal long-term or craving for it again.

Would be great if they could be easy on the salt/sugar/eTc.

They were supposed to be open at 11am on a Friday, but they were not.

Oden was so heartwarming, excellent flavor, was expecting a more typical broth, but was slightly spicy and much more enjoyable

I had lunch at BUNSIK recently, and it was an incredible experience! The Rose Tteokbokki was the highlight—absolutely delicious! Everything else we tried during lunch was also fantastic, from the perfectly balanced flavors to the quality of the ingredients.

The staff (or maybe the owner?) was exceptionally kind and attentive, making the lunch experience even better. The restaurant itself was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the pleasant atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a place that offers not only great food but also excellent service and a clean environment, BUNSIK is definitely the spot. I’ll be back for sure!

We finally dragged my husband here and he's fallen in love with the place. We now have an excellent place to come for Korean food. We will be returning guests due to the wonderful food, people, and aesthetic.

We accidently found this restaurant and so glad we did. The food was exceptional and very inexpensive for the quality and service. The beef bulgogi pot stickers and tempura prawns were the best we have found in WA yet. Even though I am not a fan of spicy food - the Rose Combo (sorry I forgot the name) was the best flavor I have ever had. Thank you! We highly recommend this restaurant.

A but pricey but the quality and freshness of ingredients was great. I especially loved dipping the kimbap into the ddukbokki. Highly recommend this combo :)

We came here because of the famous kimbab, and we got the signature one. It was pretty good, more like a sushi roll than a kimbab though. The Rose tteokbokki was really good, with a delicious sauce and cheese. However, the army stew was just so-so, tasting like something we could make at home with Korean instant noodles.

The service was a bit of a letdown, so I’d give it 3 stars. We made a reservation but were told it wasn’t working when we arrived. Fortunately, the restaurant wasn’t busy, but there was only one server for the whole place on a Saturday lunch. She did a great job, but they really should hire more staff.

The food was also really slow to come out, taking 30 minutes for everything, even though there were only four tables occupied.

Why does this place have such a high review? The food is nicer to look at than it is to eat. The kimbap is bland. They could have at least used sesame oil or something instead of just blanching all of the veggies. The soondubu is only ok, light on flavor. The tteokbokki sauce is not thick enough, doesn't stick to the tteok, and not very umami. Disappointed
