Amazing burgers. Fantastic food. Fantastic place with a lot of parking but inside the restaurant is pretty average..they can spruce it up with just $200 worth of paintings and $50 worth of plastic spoons. Please do justice to the food.

The Burgers here are very delicious, giving a mix of Indian taste. The Paneer Masal Burger and mozzarella cheese bites is amazing. Would highly recommend even for vegetarians.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We paid with card first, were told it didn’t go through, so we handed over cash. Later we found out the card payment had actually gone through.

When we went back to clear things up, the staff couldn’t have handled it worse. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, they argued, raised their voices, swore at us, and kept insisting it wasn’t their problem. Their only response was “call the bank.” No professionalism at all.

The food itself wasn’t anything to write home about either — the burgers were disappointing, and the service was flat-out terrible. We eventually had to get the police involved just to get our money back.

With that kind of attitude toward customers, I don’t see Burger Hut lasting long. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.

This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We placed an order and first paid with a card. They told us the payment didn’t go through, so we went ahead and paid in cash. Later, when checking our account, we saw that the card payment had actually gone through as well.

We went back to the restaurant to resolve the issue, but instead of handling it professionally, the staff started arguing with us. They were extremely rude, raised their voices, and even used swear words. They kept saying it wasn’t their problem and told us to “call the bank,” refusing to give our money back. The way they treated us was shocking.

On top of that, the food wasn’t even worth the hassle. The burgers were bad, and the overall service was terrible. In the end, we actually had to call the cops, only then did they finally give the money back. 😂😂

With that kind of attitude and customer service, I don’t see how this place will succeed. Definitely would not recommend.

Found a bug in my food. This food is kind of middling at times, but you take what you can get ordering late night and it was honestly pretty good when it was good! Finding a roach in my cabbage, however, is kind of an appetite killer. I was really hoping it was an isolated incident, but looking at other reports of pests has me tipping the rest of the order in the trash. Don't order from here unless these issues are addressed.

I came the first time and I ordered a no spicy goat burger. When I got it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. When I mentioned it nicely I got bad service in regard to fixing the issue. I said I want going to come again. And decided to give it another try. And had the same problem. The amount of spice they put is unbearable. The problem is I asked for no spicy. And they told me it wasn’t spicy. The bathroom was dirty. My wife couldn’t even use it.

Honestly, the food was really good. It was my first time trying an Indian-style burger and I was pleasantly surprised. I’m usually into Mexican and American food, so this was a whole different vibe. The onion rings were crispy, the butterscotch shake hit the spot, and the gulab jamun was a nice sweet touch at the end.

Now, I did see a photo of a cockroach here on google maps after I had already eaten. That image definitely threw me off for real! Luckily, I didn’t see anything like that on my meal. Everything I was served looked clean and tasted great.

I’m leaving this review based only on my personal experience. I really hope they stay on top of cleanliness, because the food is honestly worth coming back for.

Delicious Indian style burgers

I have been a customer for almost 3 years now, love there vegetarian burger options. They have the ultimate desi Indian taste and i visit at times from lake stevens. BUT they definitely need to change the atmosphere of the place. Maybe, a renovation might help.

Great food! Got the Philly cheese burger and it was super good, service was great as well. Clean restaurant as well. 5/5 would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick tasty burger!
