Service was slow. The sandwich looked as though it's contents were thrown in the wrapper.
The building is tired and should be revived with the opening of the train station across the street.

It felt unfriendly, my burger was cold and they put it back in the microwave while processing it. The meat was not cooked through and I repeatedly told him that I wanted the Chris be spicy chicken but he actually didn't give me that twice. The order was not correct either.

The worst experience for my kids they wanted the how to train your dragon mean and the lady said we couldn’t get the meal without jalapeños. After back and forth she finally let us with a horrible attitude. After every item we ordered she was trying to rush us. Then we got to the window and she didn’t even add the HTTYD meal. And had to order again. If you don’t enjoy your job just leave. Horrible service.

Older woman with glasses working the drive through and dine in needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment. She was snappy with me from the first words out of her mouth, and felt the need to stare through my souls when I reciprocated. Will not be returning.

I don't know what is wrong with the older white lady with glasses problem, but whatever she is going through, tell her to leave it at home. Times are hard already and I don't need anyone catching an attitude for asking something when I am being kind and polite. Please, get it together.

The shift leader on shift this passed Saturday had told me that me and another person cannot make two separate orders when we were going through the drive through. Which she caused us to have to get out of the drive through line, park, and then order at the front desk. This truly makes me angry to have an experience like this! And the worst part about it is that this was no difficult request. It's just: start an order, process that order, and then start the next... This passed me off, especially since I had surgery the night before which hundred my walk and movement... But something was simple as this can make life harder, as in additional pain occurred from me having to get out of the vehicle... Anyway, the food was wrapped and prepared well. Thank you.

My first time eating Burger King- it was better than expected. The staff provided great service, and the How to Train Your Dragon collaboration meal was really cute. 👑🍔
