I ordered food for drive-thru pickup, and when I arrived the restaurant was closed, supposedly due to a Christmas holiday. The website didn't mention anything about that, so if they're going to close the restaurant for any reason, they should update the website so people don't waste their money and time.

I went to this place a while ago, but the way the lady at the window treated me still haunts me. I've checked other people's reviews and it seems she's still working here, which is crazy. I'm very patient and respectful with customer service people, but this lady... She was also xenophobic towards her coworkers. If it were possible, I would give her fewer stars P.S. Ofc, they got my order wrong!!!

The folks working behind the counter can be much nicer than they’re . Every time I come here, I order food for work. I work night shift so I tend to get extras for later. I usually spend at least $15+ here and when I ask for extra sauce ( ranch/buffalo) they always give me the hardest time! If I want extra sauce I don’t mind paying but I’ve never had this issue at any other Burger King. Just this one. They give me so much attitude behind it. It’s not necessary. I won’t be returning to this location ever!

Ordered online and when I went through the drive through this older woman was extremely rude and impatient. Wouldn't even try to enter our code into the system and instead told me to just go inside. I have a young child and going inside isn't that easy. The food was fine, but won't be going back just because of the service.

10.28.25 I ordered a Coke with no ice at the drive-thru, but when I got my order, it came with ice. I politely asked the person at the window to replace it with one without ice. She took the drink and said to her coworker, “Right now I hate people,” and then mentioned something like I had changed my mind about the ice. The food was good, but the customer service could be improved.
