I tried to order two cheeseburgers and a coffee frappe while in the drive in line. A woman with an extremely heavy eastern European accent, possibly Russian, could not understand "coffee frappe". I tried FIVE times to get her to understand, with no success. Trapped in the drive in line I had no choice but to wait until I got to the window, where the manager asked me if I ordered two chheseburgers.
